M&D Roofing and Construction was recommended to me by someone I served with in the Marine Corps. If a brother Marine recommends someone, you know you are going to be taken care of, and I was.

Michael Leary was out to the house the day after I called him. He scoured the roof thoroughly looking for issues, took tons of photos and provided me with a very detailed assessment. I travel internationally quite a bit, and of course while I was out of the country, my insurance company was having problems assessing my claim. Without me asking, Michael got involved and worked with the insurance company to provide evidence of the issues on my roof and answer questions. I didn't have to do anything, which was huge to me. Michael walked the entire roof with the insurance company adjuster, pointing the damage he had found. Within a week of the adjusters visit, Michael's crew was at my house to replace my roof. Michael was there with the crew almost the entire time supervising the work.

During the job, one of the roofing crew discovered that a chimney was damaged and would need to be replaced. I was beginning to panic wondering how I was going to get this fixed. Michael was on the phone instantly and lined up a carpenter within minutes to replace the chimney for a very reasonable price. Carpenter was out the very next morning and worked alongside the roofing crew to remove and replace the chimney and didn't delay the roof from being completed on time.

M&D did an excellent job protecting my property from damage. They covered my pool, protected the AC units and pool equipment, and even covered my planting beds. They did a thorough job of cleaning up and had two workers go over my yard with large magnets to find debris and roofing nails so that my dogs didn't find them!

During one of our crazy spring storms in Texas I discovered a leak in my roof. I was completely panicked at what kind of damage there might be, what it would cost, etc. Mike came out the very next day and, as soon as the rain stopped, made the repairs at an incredibly fair price!
