Do not call them for an estimate if you have an old roof their only answer is replace it. The estimator mike is rude and when you ask to speak to the owner Jack Lyons his answer is my employees would never be rude. Mike told us 18 months ago to pressure clean and seal the roof with a 2 year warranty and it'll preserve your roof now his answer is your roof is shot when we have one tiny leak! So if our roof was shot then why did they also close up a hole for the vent hood replacing the wood and tiles just 6 months ago. Do yourself a favor if you choose to use them double check because their only answer is replace the roof when a roof can be fine and hand you a quote for 60k. Plenty of other roofers out there that will have respect for what a person can or can not do not just drive the way a homeowner must go! A small leak in a roof does not constitute a need for a brand new roof. The owner does not deserve your money or business as he just told me maam go take your business elsewhere. So please join with me and everyone take your work elsewhere. They made me wait 3 days to get a quote been out here before to walk to the door and mike refuse an estimate. So this is one business that doesn't need to survive let's band together and give other roofers your money.

I was having some issues with my home insurance company due to some cracked/chipped tiles on my front roof. The insurance company gave me a month to have them repaired (we were in the middle of the Christmas Break) and the folks at Lyon's Roofing came through big time! They were professional from start to finish and resolved my issues without any hiccups. Jack, the owner of the business, personally came out to inspect my roof. I recommend them as outstanding!

I recently had a skylight replaced. Lyons sent a man out to give us an estimate, and we found him to be knowledgeable & professional. He gave us an estimate & a timeline. The 2 men came on schedule & they, too, were professional and completed the work as promised. The bill was for the amount estimated & that included the skylight. We are very please with Lyons Roofing.

I called Lyons Roofing after getting a estimate from a gentleman doing the roof next door.Was a little high so my roommate suggested someone she used on one of her houses. He came out and was very professional and I told him my concerns and he went up and down the ladder so he knows what I was questioning. Left me his proposal which was 3,000 cheaper then my original guy. There came today and told me they were here and I let them know I had a doctor Appointment and I would be back some time this afternoon. They said okay and I was on my way. When I came back they were done and very professional gave me the bill and I pay them and they left, very courteous and professional people. I highly recommend them and give them 5 stars..*****

The owner of Lyons Roofing in Davie,Jack,is extremely rude and unprofessional. I used them at my business and home several times but after talking to him today, I will definitely not use them anymore. Horrible customer service!
It's so ashamed,how a owner of a company,does not care at all about his customers.
I do not recommend them!

I used Lyons Roofing in 2014 to replace our Shingle Roof. Did an outstanding job at a very fair price. I also have a section of the house that has a flat roof that they did not work on at that time, as it was fine. We just had a leak in the flat roof and they have given a very fair price for a repair job. Before I found Lyons Roofing the flat roof had been repaired twice by another company that totally overcharged for what they had done.

Lyons is Outstanding and I would tell anyone needing roof repair or replacement to call them.

Best contractor I've ever dealt with! I had to put a new roof on my mother's house after she passed away. I live in Maryland and dealing with a roof replacement from 1500 miles away was a challenge, to say the least. Time was a huge issue, and although South Florida makes you jump through multiple hoops before even beginning a job, everyone at Lyons, from the owner to the receptionist, was polite, patient, and professional from day one right through to completion the day before hurricane Matthew. I HIGHLY recommend them!!
