After you sign contract, don't expect service. Never return calls, cant get anyone to answer phone. After months waiting roof was Sub contracted out. Don't expect to see any Lyon employee. Did not pay sub contractor. Construction lien was filed.

I really believe something happened with the roofing end of the company in Ormond Beach during 2019. Reviews during the first half of the year were good, however the last half not so much. My roof was done Thursday, Nov 21. What a terrible experience and its not over and today is Jan 1, 2020. First of all my roof was subbed out. Lyons didn't get the supplies to my home until 445pm but they started removing the old roof at 730am. The sub supervisor tried to get supplies from the supplier but Lyons account had been frozen. He somehow got permission to go to Lowes and pick up plywood and other supplies or my roof wouldn't have been dried in that night. They missed the dry in inspection since everything else didn't arrive until 445pm, however they decided to put the shingles on without the inspection the following Monday, unknown to me until Wednesday when the city inspector arrived to do the dry in inspection and the entire roof was on. What mess. Lyons had a site supervisor who dropped off the permit the first day and never returned again until the roof flunked inspection. They did get an engineer to meet the city inspector and removed shingles to inspect underlayment and it passed but no final has been done. There are exposed silver nails that have clear calk all over them that are very visible from the street. I have called Lyon more than a few times but there's no one in charge per the receptionist. I am waiting for a call back from Eric the production manager, which I have already been warned by other people that his customer service, lets just say, he's not a people person. Please don't use this company! Its not worth the risk. I couldn't get out of my contract as I signed mine in April before the law changed. There are other reputable companies out there that will go through your insurance to see if you have a claim. There's so much more that I haven't typed here. Please DON'T use them!!

This company is not worth your time or money!!!!! They get you to sign a contract with smooth talking salesmen that promise you everything but then you get a total run around and get put on the back burner for months. They don't know how to return calls or messages. Everyone works out of the office and all you get is a secretary saying she will leave a message and someone will call you back, and no one ever does. They are full of empty promises. Threw my gutters away by mistake and 2 months later I still have no gutters, and no answers to my issue.

I can't give or won't give any stars. They SUCK. 4 months and waiting. They already have a check from Ins. Still not in production? WTF.

Lyon Home Enterprises has been a very professional company to work with.
Their Customer Service reps have been very helpful with questions and explaining next steps.
I even met one of the owners Justin Lyon and he was very energetic and happy to share why he loves the business.
I would recommend this company to anyone who needs a new roof AND wants to work with a local, family owned, community focused company!
