I found them on Yelp highly rated. They responded quickly to my inquiry and scheduled someone to come to assess my situation. Lorenzo was very courteous and thorough - he spent around an hour both on the roof and in the attic taking pictures and making observations.

The next day I received a written quote from the owner Jose for repair/maintenance work, along with an option for a quote for more extensive work. I selected the maintenance option and a crew was scheduled in just a few days.

The crew that performed the work was also courteous and thorough. They explained everything and cleaned up after themselves. I then received via email pictures recording the work that was done and an invoice with options to pay online or by check.

Overall good experience and I can highly recommend them for roofing repairs on tile roofs.

Lorenzo and his team are absolutely incredible. They initially came out to provide us a quote for a new roof over a year ago. Lorenzo was kind enough to give us multiple proposals since we weren't sure if we wanted to add insulation or not. Fast forward a year, I reached out to Lorenzo to see if he could update his proposal and he was able to do so very quickly and we were able to get added to his schedule. He was upfront that his team was booked out for a few months, but always kept us updated of the schedule. Leading up to our scheduled start date, we received a few inches of snow but that didn't stop Lorenzo and his amazing team from starting on time. The entire process went smoothly and Lorenzo and his team were all so kind and did an excellent job and finished on schedule. They all went above and beyond and we are so appreciative of the entire team. We highly recommend LVM and can't thank them enough for our new roof!

Having acquired a new property in the Lake Arrowhead area that needs a lot of work I have been in touch with many different contractors (General contractors, roofers, HVAC) etc. Most have delivered poor follow-up with estimates or none at all, even though they promised to get back to me. It was totally a different and great experience with Lorenzo, the owner of LV-M Roofing Services. He met me on time at the home, turned around his quote on the timeframe he said he would, and installed the roof when he said he would, even though the estimated start date was months away. Communication was consistent throughout. Once the install date was here, Lorenzo kept me informed at each step, and his team was super polite even though they were installing a new roof on an A-frame home. That is tough work! After the work was done they cleaned up the site as if no work has ever been done and he handled a few extra requests from me without hesitancy. If I could give Lorenzo and his team 10 stars I would. You can't go wrong with Lorenzo if you need a new roof in the Lake Arrowhead/Big Bear area.

I was really impressed by Lorenzo and his team! I need a full roof replacement and got a few other quotes around the area. I went with Lorenzo based on his expertise and communication throughout the process. He was able to pinpoint areas and why a roof replacement was necessary. It wasn't difficult to go with him when another potential roofer drove past the house and texted me a non-itemized estimate twice the amount Lorenzo quoted. Getting a preliminary quote for a metal roof install, when we're ready we know we will call Lorenzo. It was easy to get a hold of him to coordinate an appointment and he showed up at our scheduled time. He then got back to us in 24 hours with a detailed and reasonable quote.

At Lorenzo's request, I researched my junk emails for June 1st, He was absolutely correct, he did send my a quote and it went into my junk mail folder. I usually peruse my junk mail before I delete them, but somehow I missed it. I completely apologize to Lorenzo for my misdeed. He is a man of his word and I am a complete idiot for posting the negative review without at least sending him an inquiry about the quote.
