At Lorenzo's request, I researched my junk emails for June 1st, He was absolutely correct, he did send my a quote and it went into my junk mail folder. I usually peruse my junk mail before I delete them, but somehow I missed it. I completely apologize to Lorenzo for my misdeed. He is a man of his word and I am a complete idiot for posting the negative review without at least sending him an inquiry about the quote.

I called LV-M roofing services couple a weeks ago
Because my living room ceiling is leaking. They answered
Right away and showed up next day. They took several pictures and
Showed me, why the water is leaking and other problems.
So they came to fix problems out completely following Sunday and
Perfectly fixed the roof! They worked very hard and the price was very
Reasonable and very honest! So I will giving them 5 stars!

Lorenzo was absolutely amazing. He was extremely detailed, professional, prompt, kind, and whenever I had a question, he would always text me as soon as he could. He went above and beyond what any other contractor has ever done. I can honestly say this man is amazing !!! we went back-and-forth with many roofers around the San Bernardino area. a local roofing company was looking too charge me a ridiculous price for flat cheap shingles and would never answer my texts or call there was times i lost hope from finding a honest man. Then I searched up this company and Lorenzo the angel came and we couldn't be happier. He even did other small details he really didn't have to do just to see us happy. we are Soo happy and grateful we even got him a thank you gift

Excellent work. Professional, friendly workers. Good price. Lorenzo replaced the 60-year-old roof on our family cabin, installed insulation under the new roof, vents, and facia board. Lorenzo made sure every step of the way that I approved of the materials he proposed. Lorenzo and his crew showed up when he said they would, finished my project when promised even though the weather was very cold, and verified my 100% satisfaction.
