Worst contractor ever. Totally messed up my entire job and took off with my money when they realized they couldn't handle my job. Didn't even care I had four children and two grandchildren they were stealing from and making us stay for months and months in an overpriced rental denying us our home. Adding insult to injury, they had a $31,000 lien placed on our home for materials used on other jobs , they weren't even mine! There are eleven pages of other homeowners that also have liens placed on their homes - I wish they would contact me in order to make their situations known. I can help you and point you in the right direction to see this through.

Got ripped off by Luke Amoresano and Ignacio Escandon. Both said they would complete work on my property. Never showed up, roof leaked, incomplete work and now they are no where to be found.

This company's workmanship is pooor and they refused to make corrections to issues eventhough I have in writing from them that they would correct the issues they created when installing a front entry door at my property. I have gaps, ruined entryway threshold that was filled in with cement and no caulking around door just to name a few. Do not trust this company to do the right thing because they won't. Make sure you inspect workmanship and delay payment until they fix the issues otherwise you'll be left with a bigger mess and cost than before. Also the owner is extremely condescending and rude when dealing with female customers. You will see exactly what I'm referring to when he responds to this review. There are lots of other reputable companies and unfortunately I selected this one, but hopefully my HONEST review will deter others from making the same mistake I made.

Please be aware Ignacio with Spartan roofing who did not finish the roofing work and took off with people's money is now doing business with Luke skybuilder. Be aware!
