Rodrigo is very easy to talk to,exercising Covid protocols,finished the job in timely manner,he and his friend clean the roof, the gutters, the solar panels using power was and scrubs for the solar panels , then put the birds barriers all over the solar panels surrounding and change the crack tiles of my roof. Rodrigo responded to my quote request in a few hours. He came that day to give an estimate of what I wanted and his pricing was fair and even matched another quote I was given. Rodrigo came to power wash the roof, add more netting, clean the gutters, add a windmill, and also move some spikes. He spent about 5 hours under the sun that day. I texted him a few days after because the pigeons migrated to another area of the roof with no spikes. He came back a second time to extend his services of abatement and added more spikes to the remaining areas of the roof free of charge.

The only negative review I saw for him on Yelp mentioned his punctuality. Though he was also a little later to my home, he was close to the time range provided. He also texted me to let me know he was running late. I imagine in his line of work, it's difficult to pinpoint the exact timing of his jobs. For example his first trip to my roof lasted much longer than he anticipated but he stayed and thoroughly worked to get the job done. I would much rather have someone a little late but will take the time to do a thorough job. I will be recommending him to my neighbors.

I really wanted to like this company. The price given by Rodrigo was the best you can get around town. Originally scheduled for 8am on Saturday. Rodrigo texted me 7:30am saying he could not make it. Not a problem, we rescheduled for Monday 3:30. By Monday 4pm Rodrigo was a no show. I asked to reschedule by 4:30 since I had to go to work. Rodrigo answered my messages on Tuesday and we rescheduled for Friday 2pm. Again, Rodrigo was a no show and no text or phone call. You just can't waste people's time like this. Maybe he doesn't need the money and he is super busy but don't quote a job if you have no intention in doing it. Glad other people had better experiences.

Rodrigo responded to my request about a dry rotting problem that the eves on my roof had. He came out to give us a very fair estimate to do all the repairs and from there we picked him and he got started. He worked efficiently and quickly to get the job done.
