We bought a house in Santa Cruz in October 2023. The roof was a disaster, as there were obvious signs of past roof leaks and major issues. It was stressful for me and my wife because we knew there would be more leaks once the rains began again. There were broken eaves, lots of dry rot, and some very difficult carpentry. Luis gave us a proposal within several days of us contacting him, and started the job shortly therafter. His crew solved our problems and worked diligently (including during the weekend) to get us buttoned up before the first storms came through. Luis and his crew were professional and pleasant every step of the way. We highly recommend Luis Roofing!
