I recently moved into a house in Trabuco Canyon. This house had several broken tiles and several loose tiles. I called 7 roofing company's, out of the 7 seven 3 called back, one never send over a quote, another sent a quote (extremely high) and never stopped by. Luis Jr. stopped by looked at my roof , email me a quote (30% less than the other quote). The following week he replaced the broken tiles, adjusted the loose tiles, and then emailed me photo the job completed (very professional). I will definitely recommend this company to my friends and family.

We called Luis for an estimate on an extremely hard total roof replacement. 1 story. 4000 sq ft. Several Flat sections. Skylights 4 fireplaces. He got on the roof. Assessed it. Gave us an estimate which was very reasonable.
His crew was on time everyday. Cleaned up everyday before leaving. Super friendly treated our home like it was their own.
Save yourself a lot of time and research !
I checked out roofers. Talked to many.
Luis was the only one who actually looked at the roof. Figured in every cost scenario did not do anything that wasn't needed. Made no changes without talking to us with different options
Highly recommend Luis. Family owned and operated 10 stars if you could give that many !

Luis Mendoza did a roofing repair for us last week. His workers showed up exactly when they said they would and they worked diligently. Luis explained everything to us and took photos before and after the job. The workers were extremely knowledgeable and very respectful of the property. The clean-up was perfect. The owner is super rude and not reliable. He will not repair or fix problems regarding the roof he installed. Lots of excuses to not fix it. Try to deal with a bigger company that actually provide good service.

Luis and his crew recently replaced our roof and the entire process from quote to finish was so easy, I'm still pinching myself!
We were initially impressed with Luis Jr. when he arrived to provide us with a quote on a Saturday morning. He arrived early which we appreciated, and spent as much time with us as we needed to answer our questions. Our quote arrived on the day as promised, and while his was not the cheapest quote we received, we just had a feeling he would take care of us and our roof. It didn't hurt to see all the wonderful reviews here and on other sites.
On day one, the crew showed up on time and covered everything in our garage with tarps, which we were not expecting, but greatly appreciated.
Every day they would clean up not only our yard (front and back) and garage, but they would ask our neighbor for permission to clean out any debris that landed on his property. I can't tell you how impressed and appreciative our neighbor was!
It was estimated that it would take 5-7 days to complete the job. They were basically done in 3 1/2 days with touch ups and final sign off by the city taking place the last two days....and they came in on budget too!
My husband and I, as well as several of our neighbors were amazed at how quickly our new roof went up. It looks wonderful and we are constantly getting compliments.
I really can't thank Luis Mendoza Roofing enough. If you choose to go with them for your next roof repair or replacement, you can feel confident that you will be in good hands. They are punctual, tidy, professional, and honest guys.

Luis Mendoza roofing did my roof two months ago, sorry this a bit late. They were excellent! They were very neat and clean during the tear off. And the installation of the new shingle roof looks great. They even did my shed. I would recommend them and use them again.
