The roofers were great. Showed up on time and were in and out within 30 minutes. They wrote up the invoice and I paid them on the spot. A couple of hours later the woman in the office called me to shake me down for more money. She lied that they were there for 2 hours. I guess she thought I didn't pay attention to the time. Then when that claim fell through, she said that she is charging me $50 for parts. It was a loose pipe and all they did was put mastic on it. I couldn't believe my ears. But I paid the parts claim because I didn't want trouble. I DO NOT recommend this company.

Had them re-roof my house. Had leaks within the first year. They kept coming out to fix the leaks but the leaks continued. They finally stop responding to me. Had to pay to have the roof replaced only 3 years after the initial roofing was done. Horrible company. They do not stand behind their work. And they clearly don't know what they are doing. Stay far away......

I was impressed with Lucerne Roofing's level of expertise. Contractors & handymen could not figure out why my newer roof was leaking from the furnace vent. David, who came out to give me a quote, diagnosed it right away, when nobody else could.
The guys who repaired the roof were great & showed me photos of before & after, explaining how the previous roofer installed the ridgeline shingles incorrectly.
Their pricing is very good too, so I will definitely be calling them next year to reroof my carport & workshop.

I went onto their website and found ""free estimate""--but then told to""ignore that"", they would charge for a visit. that is only for reroofing (but it doesn't say that, so false advertising. then I was told I was in line for Friday 4/5/24 and they would call me--I suggested the next week, but no. I waited at home all day Friday, cancelled the groomer , but no phone call even to tell me they were too busy to come.

A few weeks ago I discovered a leak from my cabin's roof that dripped water into the master bedroom. I checked Yelp for the names of reliable roofing companies. Lucerne Roofing's name came up with excellent reviews, so I contacted them.

From the initial phone conversation with Nicki, Administrative Assistant, I felt very confidant I was dealing with a reputable company. Waisting no time because of the beginning of the rainy season the company owner, John Hagan, followed up with a phone call to let me know a representative was on the way to determine what needed to be done.

The cabin was built in the '50's which concerned me what might be needed to correct the problem. I was quoted a very fair price and work was begun immediately replacing the roof and making improvements on a metal overhang above the deck.

I received a phone call today from Mr. Hagan advising the job, with photos of the roof, was completed. To say the least I am extremely pleased, with the finished product and even more so with my interaction with Mr. Hagan and his Administrative Assistant, Nicki. I am deeply appreciative of the company's quick response preventing certain damage from the upcoming rainy season and the fair cost of constructing a new roof.

These guys are the best there is in Lake County.
My roof had 3 old layers on it. The way these guys work is that they use lift trucks. They wheelbarrow all of the old roofing directly into the lift truck. Nothing is tossed off the roof.
At the end of each day's work, they circle the house with huge magnets to pick up any nails and materials that may have fallen off the roof.
The Lucerne roofers work hard and take care of all the little details that give your roof a really high-quality professional look.
Plus, they use excellent Malarkey roofing products.
I know now that I have a well-built professional quality roof that has been permitted, inspected to meet building code and will last for decades.
I highly recommend Lucerne Roofing!

Great experience with Lucerne Roofing. We had an old leak in our roof that needed to be repaired. Eric came out to inspect and give us an estimate and they were able to fix 2 days later. They were very responsive and got the job done efficiently.

I had a roof put on my house by Lucerne Roofing and there were a few quirks as is the case with many construction projects. Even though I did not get a hold of them right away the manager went out the next day once I did, and personally fixed the issues, no argument. He followed up with a phone call and let me know I could call back if there were any problems.
