V R.Once they find out that insurance will pay, expect to get a ""revised"" estimate in our case for almost 5K more than the ""cash"" estimate. When the cash estimate was paid, they threatened to sue the real estate agent who listed our house and put a lien on the house for the new owners if we didn't pay the higher estimated price. They claimed they replaced the gutters, which they destroyed because they replaced the entire roof in 12 hours and worked the non-English speaking crew to near exhaustion. The GM claims to have started a Christian Men's group only to go to work and steal, lie and threaten clients and probably underpay the workers while lining their own pockets.
RUN from these crooks. They are not ethical.
