The quality and professionalism with Lowry Contractors is the best I've seen in the industry. I have had my roof replaced a few times over the years and have seen very shady contractors looking to make a quick dollar. At Lowry Contracting you get honesty, integrity and straight up professionalism. They take their time making sure your happy with the work and even do extras around the house to update older issues.
An example of what they did was improving my chimney with new siding and painted it that was outside the scope of what actually needing replacement.
I really liked how they walked the property with you and are very thorough.

They alo fought hard with their insurance company to make sure they got top dollar for the damage that was done. People spend a lot of money insurance annually and when you actually need to use it, they seem to always short change you. With Lowry Contractors they got us what we needed and made it very easy. hire. this. crew. John and his son Nick took care of an insurance claim for our roof. Not only was the roofing job done in 1 day, but leading up to it, they were on top of their communication, worked with us to explain the process and what is going on, and stuck to their budget. They finished ahead of schedule, and could not be more professional. We had a challenging situation, between getting the roof replaced and buying the house/moving in, and they worked with us every step of the way. They cleaned up beautifully as well. Even took the time to come back during the gutter install and say that they needed to re-mag the property to pick up any more nails that fell. I live in Frisco, and I have had a tricky roof leak for around 10 years now. I had 3 different contractors work on this over the years, and no one got it right except for Lowery. Steve, Lupe and John worked with my schedule to check things out. They made their initial assessment and gave me a reasonable quote. When they came back out, they tested the roof in a few different spots and zeroed in on the problem. They did exactly what they said they would, and competed the repair in about an hour. We had a big rain a week later and the fix held perfectly. I am so thankful that I found this company! They were the first roofers that didn't try to talk me into a roof replacement or try to bait-and-switch to something more expensive after the quote. They were thorough and professional, and they made sure I was comfortable with what they were doing every step of the way. Thank you so much for all your help; I truly appreciate it!!

Lowry General Contractors did a great job on our hail damage claim. Our new roof and gutters are better quality than the work our builder originally did, and Jon made the whole process a breeze. They even took care of staining our garage doors and fence as well as replacing damaged windows. Highly recommended!

Lowry Gen Contractors were fantastic. They are a well established Roofer and contractor. They did quality work and were very professional. They not only did our roof but also switched out our AC cover, gutters, and repaired the fence from the hail damage that we recently had. They took a scary and daunting task and made it easy for us. They used excellent quality shingles that I am proud to showcase on our house. Never asked for an extra dime like so many other contractors. All tasks were completed with detailed precision. Nice work and Excellent People to work with.
