Lower Bids Roofing

I was told that Lower Bids was the company that had installed our roof. I called up David to come out and inspect our roof. He pointed out that his company had not done our roof - and after further research, I verified that he was right. He and Todd came out anyway and drove quite a distance through traffic to get to the medical center.

I had water coming through the roof and into the ceiling and drywall walls below; they agreed they would take a look. They accessed the roof from a third-story balcony and immediately determined the issue.

A satellite dish that was no longer being used had been torn from the roof during Hurricane Beryl. Six 1/4"" lag bolts that had been pulled out had left gaping holes and an area with no shingle coverage on the roof.

David was able to cut the cord to the satellite dish, lowered it down the ladder, and then had some replacement shingles on his truck. He caulked the holes with asphalt caulk and he nailed down the new shingles and then caulked them in place. It took him only about fifteen minutes for the entire repair - and it rained the whole time.

What they did today was well above my expectations and the price was very reasonable. I look forward to getting a Lower Bid estimate on my next roofing project.

I do a lot of research before getting any expensive job done on my home. I was a little put off by the name but in the long run these guys were the best that I could find locally to replace my large roof. We had expected and unexpected issues and David was great at fixing the mess from a previous repair job (in the past I had used Rios-don't use them). They arrived on time and David supervised the two-day job. I would not hesitate to hire them again as the price was great and the job they did A+.

Absolutely use these guys! I was a little concerned because the price was great; however they do have ""lower bid"" as their name so I chose them for my roof in 2020 and am very pleased. David is excellent at what he does and is a great guy. Hard to find good honest people sometimes and he is it. His crews care about the work they do. Don't doubt it. You can get quality for a lower price. I highly recommend!

Lower Bids Roofing is awesome!! This morning David did a roof inspection For me and found all my roof vents were leaking. I decided to contact my insurance company before having any work done. After much thought and knowing we have rain predicted for this weekend I called David at the last minute to see when he'd be available to repair my vents hoping for Monday. He did even better than that! He immediately came over, completed the repair and now my house is safe from whatever amount of rain we receive!! What more can you ask for from a person!! I've never had a contractor respond so quickly!
