Lovett and Lovett replaced my aging shingle roof in the Oakland hills and did an excellent job -- everything from a detailed, fair estimate to accommodating a change in schedule on my part. And they completed it in two days! The roof looks great, and I've even had several compliments from neighbors on the looks and efficient installation. The crew was responsive to my needs and questions, and they did an outstanding clean-up! Not a stray nail anywhere!

L&L replaced our roof eleven years ago, which we've been very happy with. So I called them when we recently noticed a mysterious water leak in our living room ceiling. Jordan came out, reviewed the situation, and even though the leak had nothing to do with their original install (it was related to a roof vent), he offered to fix it for no cost. The crew came out this week and took the vent out and patched the roof in about an hour. Super awesome experience working with them! Highly recommended.

I was under a time restraint by my insurance company to have my roof replaced or face non-renewal. I interviewed 6 roofing companies who presented a myriad of estimates (several suspicious). At the last minute, I remembered I l had used Lovett & Lovett many years ago. I called them, explained the issue and both Jordan and Kyle assured me that although they were booked solid, they would fit me into their schedule. And they did. On time. And, what a beautiful, beautiful job it turned out to be!!!! Kyle was always available with any questions I had. The employees were polite and accommodating leaving the property immaculate at the end of each day. To reduce costs, I had not originally included a portion of the garage roof unaware there would be a big difference in the overall look. However, after the original job was completed, the unfinished portion of the garage stood out. I called Kyle and explained my dilemma and it was taken care of ""immediately"" at no extra charge lending to a very appreciative and happy client. As a a senior citizen of 81 years and dealing with many companies (many unsavory), hats off to Lovett and Lovett a great, great company that's been around for years and one with whom I'm happy to have returned to. I highly recommend them to anyone with roofing needs!!!!!!

Lovett & Lovett is a great family owned operation! They care about their work, their clients and employees.

When I called for a quote they were quick to do an inspection, gave me plenty of options to choose from and were flexible with our timeline to get a roof done!

The service they provided was second to none and I would only recommend them now for my friends and family!

I sincerely recommend Lovett & Lovett for residential roofing. They recently replaced the shingle roofs on our Oakland house and garage. Jordon Lovett provided a professional and clear estimate/work proposal, at a fair price. He explained the product and replacement options for me to make informed choices.
The installation crew did fine work, especially fabrication & installation of new sheet metal flashings. They worked quickly and continuously, cleaned the site and driveways at the end of each day.
Scheduling the start of work took longer than I expected .... but good crafts people are in demand and worth the wait.

Jordon and his team took care of our new roof and balcony over the past year. They really pay attention to detail and produce high-quality work without exaggerating prices. One downside: because they are so busy, it can take a while for the work to start. It took only one month for our roof but 3 months for our balcony. But this note aside, I highly recommend working with them. They are professionals with experience who know what they are doing and what works best for your home.
