This has nothing to do with their work. A man who worked for the company was sitting in a coffee shop doing calls for customers I'm assuming. He kept rushing out of the coffee shop every time his phone rang and did not say excuse me to a family trying to walk out of the door before him. He tried to push past A CHILD! It was very disrespectful from my perspective, perhaps don't wear your company logo if you're going to behave that way in public!

Don't waste your time. After reading about Jake on Nextdoor I called to ask for a complete roof inspection and to double check some roof vents coming from one room in particular. I was told it would be $150 and the name of who they were sending. I asked if it could be Jake instead, because that was the reason I called them. The woman on the phone said he is going to come with her because he is training her.
After they no-showed, I called the office. The office had their worker call me, and the worker said she was scheduled to come alone and asked me for more specifics on my problem. When I mentioned my concerns about the vents, she started lecturing me about vents. It became clear to me that they did not want the job so I suggested we just cancel. She just said ""Ok."" I'm not sure if the office relayed to her or Jake that I wanted a total roof inspection as well. While I was being extremely nice and polite considering what was happening, no one ever apologized for not being honest about who would be sent or completely no-showing. I've now lost a lot of time and will have to go through the whole process with another company.

After living in our house for a few years, we were looking for a roofing company who could do an inspection and repair any flashing or other gaps before our rainy season started. We had asked our neighbors about anyone they would recommend and LoveRain kept coming up, so we gave them a call. Sure enough, Jake Landry, answered the call, put us on the calendar, and came out to inspect and give us an estimate for repair of some issues. It was a very fair estimate, and his guys were professional and very courteous and provided pictures of the repairs. We were very satisfied with the work and would give them 5 stars. April 2022 Update to this is that after a strong storm, we noticed a small leak in one of our bedrooms and I called Jake to ask for help. He answered the call right away and was out the NEXT DAY to check it out and filled some gaps in our roof and masonry with calk to see if that solved our problem rather than ripping the roof off right away. This is a great company, with really great work and good customer service. If you have any roofing needs I would definitely recommend these guys.

After receiving many positive reviews about LoveRain Roof from several friends of ours, we had a rep from LoveRain Roof come to our home to evaluate the work that needed to be done. The gentleman was most impressive and knowledgeable about the business. My husband is an architect so they spoke the same language. Naturally, we asked for a quote for the work that sadly never came. Another email was sent - and still - no reply. No doubt - trades people are super busy in Austin, Texas right now. But no reply at all. We are very disappointed and this is before the work ever started.

I worked with Jake last year on repairing the roof of my residence after a storm damaged it and left me with a leak in my master bedroom ceiling. He came out to inspect the roof very quickly, was very professional and provided me an estimate on the spot. I am a first time home owner so he even took the time to teach me a lot I didn't know about roofs, what to look for, their typical lifespan, etc! This company did a fantastic job repairing my roof and didn't take advantage of my lack of knowledge and over charge me. I went through Jake to get gutters installed on my house as well. I can happily report that after over a year full of all kinds of weather my roof still looks brand new and the gutters work like a charm. No issues at all. I am very happy with this company and would no doubt reach out to Jake again if I have any roofing needs and/or recommend him to any of my neighbors or friends in the area!
