Absolute worst experience ever. Was looking to have a small area on our 3rd car garage repaired. Matt from co. came out and assessed (i.e. up-sell) our roof repair. He gave us 3 options. One included just the repair we inquired about, another involved moving tiles that slipped down at the front of our house that needed securing with screws vs. nails, and a third option that included the first 2 and our valleys cleaned. We opted for the 3rd option to ensure our roof would continue to be leak free. We were pleased that they were able to schedule the repairs just a few days later. They spent a total of 53 minutes at our residence. The fact that they started/ended the job so quickly for over $1k caused red flags to go up and my husband went to look to make sure the work had been done. Even though we were told pictures of before/after would be forthcoming the invoice came without and evidence of the work being completed. After the one worker left, the area we initially called about hadn't even been touched. Over the course of 2 full days, the original worker came back out, made the repairs but then advised the area we were provided a estimate for by Matt was actually designed that way and didn't require fixing with screws vs. nails. Of course my husband inquired with the worker, who agreed, that the estimate should be adjusted since we were given an estimate for something that ultimately wasn't done. We fought back and forth with Matt about how it could be possible that the estimate would remain the same regardless of whether this other work was done or not. The company ended up providing us a $200 discount, still just shy of $1k to clean our roof and do the repair, what still took less than an hour to complete. I feel like we were gouged on the work and had to fight with them over a 2 day period to be charged for the work that was actually done vs. how the original estimate was verbally explained to us. To add insult to injury, Matt even said the owner was only willing to make a $50 adjustment. I would never recommend this company to anyone. I did provide 2 stars simply because they got to us on the schedule quickly. After that, my husband and I spent a good 2 hour + taken away from our own jobs to deal with this issue. You'd think they would be happy that we were proactive and noticed they didn't make the repairs they invoiced us for on Day 1. It could have turned out much differently if we assumed the repair was done and then ended up having a leak or dryrott or ??? because they didn't do what they supposed to do initially.

Mike Loveland is a great owner operator of his family owned business. The work they performed on a couple of homes for us was done efficiently and the follow up from Mike and their office was more than satisfactory. We would refer Loveland Roofing to anyone who asks us if we know a reputable roofing company.

Redwood trees-lots of them, and a lot of debris; crew from Loveland came out and cleared everything from the tile roof and a couple of minor repairs to the felt and boots and at a competitive price; had a couple of questions and Mike stopped by to follow up; before and after picture were provided and gave me re-assurance that the job was completed correctly; I even recommended them to my neighbor with a similar roof. Definitely recommended!

Honest, upfront and great at what they do. What else could you ask for? I thought my roof was ready to be replaced, but Loveland Roofing said that the roof had a few more years in it. I appreciate the honestly and I'm looking forward to having our roof installed by them in the future.

We are incredibly pleased with Loveland Roofing. We had a 25 year old composition roof on a 1100 square foot granny house and detached garage. Living in a rural area it is not always easy to out to get estimates and have the work completed. Mike was courteous, professional, and answered our questions. We immediately felt at easy with his suggestions. Estimate was professionally electronically submitted to us for review. Price was extremely competitive. The crew was amazing, friendly, fast, professional and seemed to really enjoy their work - even in the middle of a heat wave! We even enjoyed their play list! Clean-up was spotless. We highly recommend this company for your next reroof project.

Called Loveland twice for roof inspections. They came out and gave us their inspection in a timely manner. Were professional and easy to work with. Cost for repairs were inline with average costs and I didn't feel like they were trying to gouge my clients.

We had Mike from Loveland Roofing re-roof our house recently and are very satisfied with the job Mike and his crew performed. The timeline was right about what Mike had prompted us on and he was very responsive through the whole process through texts, calls and emails. There was only one very small issue of some nails protruding through our entry way, however I text Mike some pictures and he had his crew remove those nails the next day and use smaller nails. Mike offered to fix and paint the small hole marks, however it was such a small area it was no problem to do myself. Mike pulled permits on our behalf and scheduled the inspectors for us which made the process even more painless. I was slightly concerned reading the review below from Justin (stating left over nails and garbage was found in his yard) since we have multiple dogs, however we did not have that experience, or anything close. I would recommend calling or texting Mike Loveland for any roof replacement needs.
