Today I had Loveland roofing come out for Maintenace on my roof. Jay was the roofing tech. He performed the work that was quoted to perfection. Left everything clean when done. Answered all my questions. Would I higher Loveland roofing again? Yes I wound ,without hesitation.

I got my roof repaired in Feb 2023 for a leak in the garage and everytime it rained I had to call them back to fix the same leak. We recently had a storm this summer and it was leaking again so they came out right away to check it out and they came out back a few days later and fixed it. Before Tovyn left he ran then water hose right over where it had been leaking and we didn't see even one drop of water. They never tried to bill be even after it had been over a year since the first repair. I have been with this company since I moved here 8 years ago. They do stand behind their work.

I called Loveland to do a roofing inspection and they did a great job and provided options for all the items they found. The inspection was free and I had them also do the work and it was a great experience. They fixed tiles on the roof and took care of some dry rot. I would recommend them for anyone who wants an inspection or any roofing work done.

EDITED AGAIN: Problem was fixed (I guess to be tested in the next rain) AND he readdressed many small spots we pointed out this needed sealing. Upgraded to 4 stars based on that extra time.

EDITED 1/9/24: One of the leaks in the gutter is dripping again, less than a week after the repairs were done. Assuming that having a licensed professional with guaranteed work was ""worth"" this price, I assume it will be fixed. Excellent! For now, I'm changing from 3 stars to 1 star. If it gets fixed and stays fixed, I'll edit it back to 3 stars.

Positives: He was on time, cleaned up really well.
Negatives: Overpriced for what was needed. This was perhaps our fault a bit, for not realizeing how simple the repairs would be, but seeing the ""before"" and ""after"" photos, we could have done that ourselves. I think the description of services advised in the inspection was made to sound more imposing than it really was, and the scope of the real work done was......far simpler. Live and Learn.

My house in Auburn needed roof work. Unlike the several other roofing companies I dealt with for this job, Loveland Roofing was (a) very punctual for their appointment, (b) gave me an estimate very quickly after the inspection, (c) the estimator (Tovyn) was very knowledgeable, extremely responsive, and very honest, (d) their recommendations were accurate and did not take me for a ride, (e) their price was competitive, (f) the phone and text communications with the office, the estimator, and scheduler were effective, (g) they use electronic communication effectively and professionally (for example for the estimates, schedules, and invoicing), (h) the repair was done on time and as promised without additional surprise costs or delays, and (i) the work was done perfectly and meticulously.

Loveland Roofing did a roof inspection on a home we are in the process of purchasing. John was very professional and courteous. The roof was in great shape, John answered all my questions and did a thorough inspection and report. I appreciate that he was honest even though he wasn't getting paid business on this roof!
