After hurricane Ida we previously worked with a roofing company that was no help never got back with us... then we called roof crafters and they repaired our roof . They came out within a couple of days and took care of us our roof was beautiful. Well a couple of months later a tornado touched down in our backyard and once again we called roof crafters. They were absolutely amazing yet again. We worked with Michael and Connor. They were there with us through the whole process and it took them and their workers on 2 day to do a full roof replacement. Michael came back out and noticed a small nail had went through the plywood and came back out fix that small issue. For all of your roofing needs CALL ROOF CRAFTERS!

Now all we have to do is paint the exterior white!

Ben & Connor were amazing. They arrived on time and completed my roof job in 1 day. My home had many surprises and termite damage underneath the old roofing shingles. They even added a turbine to help with ventilation in the attic. LA Roof Crafters handled it professionally. I am happy I chose them for my new roof. Thanks guys :)

I have a metal roof that is over 25 years old that has gone through Katrina, Ida, and a few hurricanes in between. I thought that before the new season gets underway I ought to have my roof checked and have new screws put in and the boots checked and reinforced.

Roof Crafters came and did a fantastic job. They used the finest material and they were thorough and professional and I got a year's warranty on the work. They sent me pics of the roof before they started, then as the work progressed the production supervisor showed me what they were doing.

After they were finished, the project manager came out and examined the work and sent me the pics and discussed them with me.

These are great people and they did a fantastic job. I highly recommend Roof Crafters.

The sales person was very professional and the workers were fast. However, they were very messy but they appeared to clean up after the install, well I thought. The remnants that were visible to the eye was cleaned up by the sales person who visited the job after the roofers finished. However, a years later, I'm still finding tarpaper removed from my old roof, in my garden. None of the workers spoke English as I had to ask them to lower their loud music while working on my roof. I live in a very quiet neighborhood with a noise ordinance. I like to respect my neighbors and follow the HOA rules. When Hurricane Ida hit in August of 2021, I called the owner the day after the storm requesting an inspection of my roof, just as my warranty instructed. It's now seven months later and I have not received an inspection. I had to pay someone else to inspect my roof and complete minor repairs. I feel like this was a bait and hook! I have called and text the owner several time but still he's a no show. He promised to get to me asap but... I have yet to see him. ""Have you seen him? I certainly have not!!! I gave them two stars because of the professionalism of the sales person who has since left the company. I would not and could not recommend this company to anyone due to their lack of ownership and follow through. I also found out that they are the only people that can honor the warranty! I am very disappointed and frustrated with this company. They are also not a member of the BBB, The Better Business Bureau.

Our commercial facility had more roof leaks than we had buckets to catch the water! Roof Crafters fixed our flat roof just in time for the horrible rain we had last Thursday. Not a drop of rain in the building! We're all so happy! Everyone was very professional and they accomplished the work exactly when promised. I highly recommend them.
