I was having another evaporative cooler being installed, replacing a worn -out cooler, until the technician declared he'd do no more until the 47-year old rusted/corroded main duct was replaced. I requested 4 estimates, but it LORENZO'a CONTRACTORS who were awarded the task. When LORENZO showed up to make the estimate, he took measurements ( just like the others), but then he stayed (just UNlike the others) and handwrote an estimate on the spot. Then he thoroughly discussed every element of the proposed work, ensuring all of my questions were answered. He then told me that this estimate (it wasn't cheap, but not too different from the other) is now a contract--IF I let him know soon.
After looking at the other emailed estimate--all prices were similar, except for one, (who was way too low)--I unhesitatingly called Lorenzo to find out how soon he/his crew can come to work?
He received the contract because he gave extra time explaining/discussing the entire procedure, from beginning to end--the others merely introduced themselves, took measurements and departed; no discussion/no explanations/nada. I definitely was NOT comfortable with that!
Anyway, Lorenz/crew started mid-next week, beginning with removal of the ancient duct and temporarily storing it outside out of the way; they did remove/clean up everything.
I was extremely impressed with their efficiency, neatness, and staying masked IAW CDC/local COVID19 guideline.
Since Lorenzo is the jefe, I also asked him about adding a pigtail from the breaker box to my Northside work area . Sure enough, he had excellent electricians Benjy & Joshua working long after normal work hours bringing this vital connection up to code.
I was extremely pleased with LORENZO'S CONTRACTOR, and they obviously have my coveted ""iWheel of Approval!""

Called Lorenzo's Contractors after a few other businesses either didn't answer or didn't return the call. Lorenzo answered promptly and was able to fit us for a quote the next day. We needed roof and some interior water damage repair. He was very courteous, patient, and answered all of our questions. Gave us a fair price and stuck to his written contract. Finished on time. Roof was done in one day, the other details took a couple of days. He was able to accommodate our schedule and got everything taken care of quickly. He and his guys do great work, very detailed, and clean up after they are done. Highly recommend!

Mr. Lorenzo did an amazing job on my mother in laws roof. He was very professional, showed up bright and early, didn't waste any time. I would recommend them to anyone that needs any kind of repair done.

Mr. Lorenzo replaced my dads roof and did some work on the house, they did a great job!! Very professional and easy to work with. I highly recommend them!
