He came over to my house twice over the past couple of years and never bothered to send a bid or even provide a verbal one! Same old story, I will send it next week, we are busy and I cannot do the roof for a couple of months...total BS...now I have given up on ever getting a bid let alone a new roof from this UNDEPENDABLE guy. Glad I finally came to my senses and stopped believing him. HUGE WASTE OF MY TIME getting the run around and delaying my roof project. Only glad that I came to realize how undependable he is before a major roof leak occured.

The owner, James, was very strong and communicated very well from the estimate to the roof replacement.
We had three estimates before deciding on Lord roofing and they were the same in terms of content, but very attractive in terms of price.
This was a very difficult project for James because it was a vacation rental and he had to deal with the weather in addition to scheduling.
James was willing to work with me and complete the project on time.

I called Lord Roofing because of a leak associated with one of my skylights. James was able to come out and take a look that afternoon. He was great. Courteous, knowlegable, and efficient. Lord roofing replaced a number of missing shingles from my old roof. They also sealed exposed fasteners on the ridge, resealed the chimney and a couple of other items. Great job, efficient, on time, fast communication.

A special Thank You to James Lord of Lord Roofing who promptly returned my call to inspect a roof leak after unprecedented high winds and rain in Rio Del Mar. He inspected the roof and determined that the roof was in good condition and the leak had been caused from unusual high winds lifing the edge of the shingles. He recommended a solution to make sure the edges that may have been lifted in high winds are secured and will not lift again if the high winds return. He instructed us on how to do this process and recommended the products to use for the process. What integrity and professionalism. Next time I need roofing done I will certainly use Lord Roofing.

I give James Lord of Lord Roofing the highest compliment. After a heavy rain, my tar and gravel garage roof sprang a leak. I called several roofing contractors for repair or replacement estimates. One offered to sell me a spanking new silicone roof for many thousands of dollars and opined that my existing roof had seen its last days. James Lord came along and immediately discovered that a roof drain was blocked and cleared it out. He assured me that my roof had many years to go and left with nothing but a handshake. We'll see what happens, but James showed integrity and commitment to solutions. James Lord will get my first call when I really do need a new roof on my garage or on my house.
