James and the crew did a WONDERFUL job replacing the roof on my house. While inspecting the attic, James discovered some fairly significant damage to the roof structure, and scheduled a carpenter to take care of it while he and his crew replaced the shingles, underlayment, and through roof vents and flashing. It was all completed in three days. Everyone was terrific. Pandemic, yes, so they were all masked. The cleanup was perfect, as was the whole job! I can't recommend Lord Roofing any higher - they were fantastic! I'm so pleased. Thank you, James!!

Second time I've hired Lord Roofing ( 2 houses)- James is wonderful, responds quickly & always kept me posted during the re-roofing. In addition, they cleaned up every day, including sweeping up in my neighbor's yard! He and crew are so professional, in addition to being so knowledgeable and pleasant. Honestly Lord Roofing didn't end up doing my Moms's roof but only because of a convenience and timing factor on my end. However, I was absolutely impressed with James who gave a fast quote on my Mom's home, with pictures and lots of great information on condition and options. He was friendly and went out of his way by making temporary repairs to help prevent water from entering my Mom's home until we could get the work done. I work in insurance and can attest that his quote was good and reasonable, and with all the other great ratings on Yelp he was living up to their reputation. If my circumstances were different, I'd hire them without hesitation and I think you should to!!

I was very pleased with the work that James and the crew did! In getting the permits, carefully moving plants, extraordinary clean up!, Even to vacuuming in the attic area of where the new roof was put on, from the debris that had fallen through. I felt as though he was very honest with me, letting me know that the other portions of the roof weren't necessary to be done at this time. And his bid was very carefully and totally laid out. And I would also say that crew that worked with him we're just terrific in terms of communicating, kindness, and doing a great job. They even brought their own porta potty, and during this time they were all very conscientious about their masks.

We had a small repair request following a home inspection report. James arrived promptly, took care of business, and even impressed my wife with his tactful handling of my mother and her many questions about the roof's longevity. James and his crew were amazing! First time for me to go through the roof replacement process. James was quick and clear with his quote. He handled all of the permits. The crew was very thorough and cleaned up at the end of each day, even replaced the water in the doggy bowl. We had some additional wood work replacement due to prior termite damage from prior owners and some worn areas from being 30 years old. James communicated each day of the progress and additional charges - very reasonable, honest, and great workmanship. I would recommend Lord Roofing to anyone.

James and his crew are true professionals! They are great communicators and take the time to explain what they are doing, when they are doing it, and why. We needed some wood damage repair done on the roof support framework and James brought in some expert Carpenters to complete the necessary work. He also brought in craftsman sheetmetal workers for the flashings etc. James was very conscientious about cleaning up around the property during the project. He and his awesome crew worked on the project from the beginning to the end without any gaps in the work effort. He lined up all of the permits and subsequent inspections with aplomb. When the project was finished James gave me a tour of the new roof and made sure that I was completely happy with the job. It was a great experience and now I am ready for the rain! Thanks James!!!

Had trouble even getting quotes after a wind storm damaged our older roof in Santa Cruz. James was straight up, he provided the quote and said he was booked three months out. Lots of contact during these three months. Plus or minus a week or so due to weather, they called the week before to say when they'd be here to start. Back of the house had four layers, front of the house had five layers of wood shake and composite shingle! James and the crew were thorough and explained everything along the way. Job site was cleaned up well at the end of each day. All of the guys were knowledgeable and friendly. They showed up at the same time each day and worked full days. Great guys and a hard working team that did an awesome job on our roof. Highly recommend them.
