Our roof was on it's last leg after the hard winter and we searched for a local roofer that could do the job. After calling Lopez Roofing, they returned our call almost immediately which frankly, was an exception. Angel came out at the end of the SAME day to survey and give us an estimate. After reviewing several quotes, we went with Lopez Roofing not only because the pricing was reasonable, but we appreciated his honesty and experience. The work proceeded without interruption and Angel gave us a review of what was being done every morning so we knew what to expect (we both work at home). His crew were all respectful, diligent, and constantly on the move. Clean-up on completion left things just as they were before the job, no traces of their work left except for a beautiful new roof. I'm almost glad that I had a roof leak because it afforded me the opportunity to witness this exceptionally well-run business. Mr. Angel Lopez, the owner, came to inspect on short notice on the weekend in the rain and agreed to make the repair the following Sunday. We had to keep postponing due to heavy and frequent snow, but he kept every Sunday reserved for my repair and completed it at the first available opportunity once the snow melted. He and his helper identified and fixed the problem (hole caused by a falling tree limb) for the reasonable, previously-estimated price. He also volunteered to fix a number of other problems at no additional charge, educating me in the process about substandard work by the original installers and by a well-known company I had paid for an inspection and repairs three months before. He did not try to pressure me into replacing my entire roof, even though it is old enough that he could have made that argument. He and his office support person are extraordinarily polite and professional. I definitely plan to have them do my total roof replacement when it is time.

Our roof sprung a leak during the worst of the latest rain storms. Called Lopez Roofing and Angel came out right away. He was able to determine where the leak was coming from and helped us (pretty much did it all) tarp the roof area so a repair can be made when the weather gets better. He gave us a free estimate for the repair, and we will be calling him for an estimate to replace the roof when it needs it. Very polite and easy to work with.
