Got the work done, however, as soon as paid, he becomes totally unfriendly and do not respond to any follow up. I don't recommend!

If I could give this company no stars I would. Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service, this guy doesn't know the term customer service. Told my husband he has no common sense and that he was the worst customer ever. Who says that to a customer???? I called to speak to him about the call and after hearing HIM rant when I started talking and told him he had worst customer service he proceeded to tell me he had nothing to speak to me and hung up the phone. I am being nice about this post and not lowering to his lever. Avoid yourself the headache and disrespect you will receive from this guy!!!

I called this company for estimate and we set the appointment. The estimate day came and they did't show up, so I called them if they still come to our home for estimate. They said that plan is changed since it is bad weather, they will have to fix someone's roof and they don't show up today for us. There is no courtesy call for cancellation or apology. They said that we can reschedule the appointment next week and I will have to give them a call back later, then hang up the call. I can't believe it. This company is not professional.
