Hooray you are the best!! Lopez Roofing did my roof. Had a leak, called them on Monday. They immediately responded, came over on Tuesday morning. Inspected their work and took steps to find source of leak. Turns out it wasn't the roof but the chimney top. Water coming g into inside of chimney. Took videos so I have proof. They insisted on wrapping the top of the chimney so no more water would come in. They didn't need to do that since source was not roof. They didn't want to my home vulnerable. This is a roofer you can trust to do the right thing.

BTW - my neighbor has a leak and they went over to his house to help him out.

Lopez roofing is a family business with sons and father and others comprising the company. Oscar runs the business, brothers are up on the roof laying with others, then dad inspects the job when all is done. Oscar, his brother Juan are gracious people, hard workers who know their trade well, and very fair. My home has Spanish tile. I'm so glad Lopez roofing did my house. The roof looks far better than when they started. I didn't replace the tile only the underlayment. When they started the roof looked horrible because I had had it pressure washed and the slurry washed away, leaving patches of deep red, like Spanish tiles should look, and areas of high gray where that slurry washed completely off from the concrete tile. After removing all the tiles to install the underpayment, flashing, and valleys, the Lopez crew blended the tiles to make the roof look perfect! They are very good at what they do. And they were the best price of the more than almost a dozen estimates I got. I highly recommend this family company. Highly recommend!

I didn't need a new roof but after 10 years it needed help. A friend referred to Lopez roofing. I was a bit hesitant based on lack of reviews but he was awesome. Did a full walk through of my roof replacing 20 tiles and sealing cracks, clearing valleys and cleaning gutters for a great price. Highly recommend!

Worked with Lopez Roofing as a subcontractor for a solar installation. The project involved the teardown and replacement of a super old roof (3-layers of shingling, apparently). Oscar and his crew were incredibly diligent (working non-stop from beginning to end), knowledgeable, and totally approachable with any questions and concerns we had. Clean-up every day was impeccable -- like they were never here. As the previous review noted, the project was a family affair and it was clear that they put a lot of work and pride into their craft. 100% recommend and will be using them again soon for a detached garage project.

Overall satisfied with the service as requested. I was referred to use Lopez roofing from a close friend of mine. I was hesitant due to the lack of reviews. However, gave them a shot and after I met Oscar and heard the company story I knew I found the right guy. Oscar has been roofing for 9 years and his dad has been roofing for 30 years. Loved the fact father and son work together and take pride in their work.
This company definitely gives a good price and will definitely be referring them my neighbors and friends.
