Don't bother calling them. You will be met by a rude receptionist who does nothing but answer the phone and has nothing to do with scheduling, and can't even be bothered to get you in touch with their sales team.

When trying to get an estimate for a roof during an option period when purchasing a house, it helps when people can provide schedules and timelines. Not tell me ""well, we will get to it"".

Literal translation means, we don't care, go away!

I'll get someone else to look at the roof, and I'll be sure to let my realtor know what happened, so she doesn't refer you to any of her clients again!!

Longhorn was recommended to me by a coworker and I still can't still stop thanking them for doing so. I had contacted 3 other roofing contractors prior and Longhorn was the only one that told me the real facts - honest and straight. We had hail damage in the area and all my neighbors went with others, some of which were of the same 3 contractors I contacted. By the time I signed contract I was provided a schedule and work started the next day. My neighbors only had signs in their yards...I had a sign AND a crew on site starting the job. Some of my neighbors still have signs...but no sign of a new roof yet!

Only the best materials were recommended. There was no BS sales pitch then a bait and switch for better materials at additional cost.

Nothing was a problem. All looks great. All was cleaned up well. Very very pleased. Job well fone. Workmanship is top notch.

I have to be impressed to write a review...without question, I am impressed.

Longhorn was recommended to me by a contractor out here in Dripping Springs that has used them in the past. They came right out, gave a good explanation of what needed to be done, including replacing some facial boards and decking, gave me an excellent price. Their crew of about 10 guys came out, did the job in one day, cleaned up the debris and left.

I would highly recommend them in the future.

We were extremely impressed with Tom and his employees. Tom worked with our contractor to make sure the timing of our new roof installation worked with everything else going on. He showed up the first day to get things started and answer any questions. I was also impressed with how patient they were and replaced decking in sections to avoid the loss of any new insulation we had just blown into the attic. If I had a business, I could only hope for employees like his. They stayed busy from sun up to sun down to get the job done, cleaned up every day and followed through with a small detail they needed some more materials for. We would highly recommend them to any of our friends and family.

Tom was great! I was told I had hail damage by someone else. I just knew this could not be true,
no one else in my neighborhood had their roof worked on. Plus, people selling their homes with having to get it inspected, did not have their roofs repaired or replaced. I totally trust him. In fact, I am referring my parents to him. They do need their roof done.

Tom was a joy to work with! Great guy and great work! I have a difficult roof--steep and high. I also needed gutters and to have the facia painted. No one else would take the job. And I'm glad. The roof, gutters and paint job were all A+ work. And the price was right. I actually ended up paying less than I had anticipated.
