This is got to be the worst of the worst company you could hire.
We had a roof done by them . With new plywood and new tiles. This roof stated leaking after 5 years and we had to entirely have it redone.
If i could put these people out of business i certainly would. No skills and no customer service. Take your money somewhere else.. They do not deserve to be in this business..

My experience has been awful. They claimed to have received the final inspection on our commercial roof and we paid them. Then Raneri & Long disappeared. The roof isn't finished. There are beer cans strewn about and garbage on the roof. They didn't seal any of the roof penetrations and it's been raining inside my warehouse. They damaged our HVAC units. The owner Tim Long won't answer my phone calls or emails. I've been asking for someone to come finish the roof for weeks. I went to Napa County on Friday and learned that the final inspection was never completed and that there were multiple issues that had not been addressed. They lied to be paid and disappeared. To add more, their contractor's license is suspended for workers compensation and bond issues. BE AWARE: They are criminals. If they are willing to not finish a commercial job and risk a major lawsuit, they will not do a good job on ANY HOME PROJECTS.

We contacted this roofer as a recommendation from our neighbor. We developed a leak into our living room. We talked to Tom Long of Rameri & Long on Wednesday morning and we knew that another big storm was coming in on Thursday night. He said that they would be out on Thursday afternoon and if they couldn't fix the roof at the time they would tarp it before the incoming storm. THEY NEVER SHOWED, THEY NEVER CALLED AND NEVER EVEN CALLED THE FOLLOWING MORNING. As a result we called our insurance company and they sent out an emergency crew to put tarps up on the roof just before the storm. Still never heard back after numerous messages. THIS COMPANY IS TOTALLY UNRELIABLE!

RANERI & LONG ROOFING CO did a roof for us in Vallejo about 4 or 5 years ago. They weren't very good at cleaning up so I had to hire a guy to pick up some old shingles and things and bought a magnetic pick up tool from Harbor Freight to prevent flats and getting nails tossed by yard equipment. Typical for many roofers.
But the roof looked nice.

Recently - mid April - tried to call about a leak and they never responded. Hired Henry Roofing and they were there the next day and found that one of the vents wasn't properly flashed. This was leaking into the attic area and didn't come into the living area til now.
