Many thanks to Jimmy and the Lone Star team for making this process so easy. The gutters look like they were builder installed - they're that perfect of a match for our house.

The team worked quickly, precisely, and paid attention to the details - like placing additional diverters where we get the largest amount of runoff from the roof. I couldn't be more impressed and won over by their service and expertise.

Value-wise, they weren't the cheapest bid I received. However, no other company would stand behind their work for 10 years. And now having seen their team in action, I know I won't have to worry about those gutters for at least that long, and that peace of mind is worth more to me than what I paid.

Hands down, one of the best contractors I have worked with EVER! Super friendly, VERY informative, easy to work with and professional!
I needed help correcting an issue I had with my house over heating in the Texas sun since the builder of my house cut corners and didn't build adequate ventilation into the attic. Chris and his team fixed the issue for me, something I have been fighting with the builder and home warranty folks for 2 YEARS!

I had gotten 5 different quotes on what I wanted done to my house and Chris and his staff were the ONLY ones that didn't try to tell me I needed more work done than I wanted. Didn't try to tell me they would contact my insurance for me to try to get me a whole new roof and didn't sound like they were trying to scam me.

The entire staff was very skilled at what they do, did a great job of explaining to me what they were doing and brought any issues they had to my attention right away. On top of all of that, they are a family run business and I am always trying to support businesses like this! If you need work done on your roof, whether reroofing, ventilation, repairs etc, I HIGHLY recommend these folks!

I did not appreciate the way they treated me. I will not use them. They also litter neighborhoods by leaving marketing materials on doors (even though we have a NO SOLICITATION sign on our door), creating trash that homeowners like me need to pick up. I do not appreciate their business practices.

My home in Round Rock was effected by the tornado of 2022 that passed thru town and caused sever damage to my roof. Roofers were flooding the area before the dust settled pounding on doors and pestering folks that were still in shock. I called my insurance carrier and they came out and surveyed the damage and declared the roof a total loss and prepared an estimate. I looked outside of Round Rock and found Lone Star in Leander and gave them a call. They were quick to respond and I met with there representative (Jimmy) who impressed me immediately with his personality and professionalism. Jimmy surveyed the roof and found a few things that the insurance adjuster had missed. Jimmy prepared a written quote that accepted all the findings of insurance adjuster plus the added items Jimmy had discovered. The adjuster agreed with the additional items and I signed a contract for the work. Work commenced as promised without any problems. Jimmy met with me on site during the job and introduced me to the project superintendent. Before, during, and after the job Jimmy provided me with photos of the project along with all the photos and evidence to provide my insurance company. As good as Jimmy was I must give recognition to the roofing crew that did a bang up job and left the job site spotless of debris and fallen nails.

I wife and myself we're truly impressed with the professional way we're treated. Straight to the point and went out of their way to make sure everything was done perfectly. They swept the property with magnets to check for nails, then came back and did it again. I don't normally write reviews , but the team at Lone Star did a great job. Congrats Chris. G

Lone Star reroofed my 2-story due to hail damage and also replaced some gutters and downspouts.
Color match of the gutters to the existing house color is almost perfect. They picked up after themselves very well... far beyond the average roofer. Finished job looks good.
