Lone Star Roofing and Construction reroof my house. They came out measure the roof and notice I hail damage. They informed me to contact my insurance to see if they would claim my roof. My insurance claimed the roof and said it was hail damaged. They gave an estimate of what they would pay. Once Lone Star Roofing looked at the claim, they notice some items missing from the claim. They worked with my insurance to get those items paid for. Which I am very grateful! That is why I have insurance and I am glad I had someone in my corner. Lone Star Roofing did an amazing job get my roof up to code and it looks amazing. If you are looking for honest and quality contractor then Lone Star Roofing & Construction is your contractor.

I am a commercial property manager with 40 years experience and have worked with many roofers over the years. Shawn handled an insurance claim for me to replace 40,000sf of modified bitumen, gravel, shingle and tile roofing at one of my shopping centers. He was able to get my modified bitumen upgraded to TPO, my old tile upgraded to standing seam and he even got me the claim money to replace 13 ACs! LS supplied a big crew so they were quick and had an on-site supervisor to handle any issues or needs my tenants had. There was a massive rainstorm during the roofing before they were finished and not one leak. That is truly amazing! The shingle and especially the standing seam roofs look fantastic. That was a real value add to my center. I can't say enough good things about the way Shawn handled every aspect of this project.

This company is amazing! From the very beginning they were very thorough and meticulous in the quote and when the materials came in they started the job right away. Not only did they do the roof but we also had them do several other things as well that needed repair and updating. I cannot give them a high enough rating. They were very profession and worked with the insurance company above and beyond. They stayed in contact with me every single step of the way through the entire process. I chose them because my insurance company recommended them to me 7 years ago when I had my own roof done and I was very happy with their work at that time also. This review is pertaining to my mom's home that I just had done in 2022.
And by the way, we upgraded her roof and it looks amazing!

Well, I thought I could trust him. Can't. They did my roof 6 month's ago. I sold my home an the inspector found multiple problems that lone star immediately said wasn't there fault. I hired my own inspector same issues and they said it was absolutely on the roofers I hired. I told the owner about it and he has yet to fix or look at the roof. Don't hire these guys, and if you do you better damn sure hire an independent inspector before you pay them!!!

This has been the worst nightmare with this company , Mr Puffe did the inspection Oct 20, ask for a $1000,which I wrote a check, then gave this company the insurance payment, I was given 4 different start dates , and they did not show up, no call, tried to contact this Mr. Puffe, his voice mail is always full and he does not return calls, I had to have my insurance company contact them waited for them to show up 31st yesterday, they didn't show, later in the day around 3 pm someone delivered the supplies, now I am told it will be Nov 4 before they can begin, this is the 5th start date, I don't look for them to show up.

Professional personnel - detailed paperwork - We received an estimate for a 20*22 concrete patio with four stairs - price came in at $5500 plus a $1,100 HANDRAIL - (they are proud of their handrails! haha) - too pricey for my blood though...so we went with lower bidder $3500 and by golly that concrete looks real nice too : )

After a huge hailstorm that had my entire neighborhood calling their insurance companies, I noticed several of my neighbors with Lone Star Roofing signs in their yards. I spoke to my next door neighbor and she said that they had done a great job on her roof and she recommended them. So, I gave them a call and found them to be extremely professional and even though they were obviously booked, they had someone come out immediately and give me a consultation. They got started and did the job quickly and efficiently. Well, a few days after their completion, we had another storm and my ceiling started leaking right around the fireplace. I gave them a call and told them that there was a spot that they needed to patch up that maybe they had missed. Well, they came out and fixed it right away. I have had no other problems since then, but I did notice that they left several roofing tacks littered on my lawn. Aside from that and having to call them back to my house to fix their own handiwork, the people that I dealt with were professional and helpful.
