Michael F.Working with Mark D. was a very positive experience. We had a roof leak during a storm and came and pointed out that there were many loose tiles and it was time for a new roof. He helped us work through the process with the Insurance company to get it replaced (which took a while). When it came to actually getting the work done, the roof was done in about a half day (Townhome) and we could rest easy. A few months later Mark was very responsive in getting additional documentation and photos of the new roof to provide to our insurance for updated rates. Definitely recommend him and his team based on our experience.
