DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS INDIVIDUAL. In 2010 I purchased my home in Irving TX. Got several estimates to have my roof replace, Scott's was not the best per price but in his estimates he offered the most and had a A rating with BBB back in 2010. Several OSB Decking sheets were in desperate need of replacing, Scott agreed to replace on the final proposal. In 2015 I placed the house on the market for sales and after having the house inspected all OSB decking were the original from when the house was build, Scott did not replacing a single one. I contacted Scott by phone and email, he never answered my calls or returned my messages. I ended discounting the purchase price of the house by over $5,600.

This company has an F rating with the BBB and is not even accredited.He only gets 1 star because 0 is not an option. This is false advertising. Dont trust this guy!!!!

DO NOT USE! Scott Davis, owner, did a horrible job on my new roof which was installed in Jan 2016. I'm selling my home and he will not return my calls so the guarantee/warranty is worthless. After being paid over $11,000, I now have to spend another $2,000 or the contract on my home is voided and I now have 2 new leaks. Issues are:
a. Properly seal exposed fasteners and fasteners that have not been properly sealed.
b. Replace plastic low-profile vent on back slope.
c. Seal holes on each side at base of chimney.
d. Seal crevices around chimney siding and trim.
e. Tear out valley areas around cricket and install properly.
f. Paint 3-in-1 boot that has not been painted.
g. Properly install starter shingles at all edges of roof.
h. Properly repair shingles that do not lay flat.
i. Properly repair the vent flashing.

Scott did a terrible job on our flat roof. He put TPO but did not install it properly and it began to leak after about 1 year. I called him back and he looked at it and said nothing was wrong. However, he did not put a 2X4 down the edges and failed to properly attach the material to the roof not putting enough points of contact. The seams were done badly as well. He will not even answer emails, phone calls or texts at this point and has been banned from the BBB. I finally had to pay a legitimate roof company 600.00 to come correct his mistakes. I am in talks with the DA to get this guy behind bars. I would gladly stop the pursuit if he returns my 600.00. What kind of person does this and claims to be religious by putting this at the bottom of his receipt:
God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble.
That looks like a one way ticket to hell Scott!

Scott was awesome to work with and very accommodating. They did a beautiful job on my roof this week and were very fast. They provided an estimate without even asking to look at my insurance paperwork and were not pushy at all in the process, as I had already experienced with another company and thankfully got out of the 3-day commitment the first company demanded up front. I found Lone Star after that. My advice to anyone getting a roof is don't sign anything up front, shop it around wisely. Lone Star did a terrific job, on-time, and overall made things very easy. They also installed a wonderful ridge vent which was so well-installed with such great equipment, you can't even tell; it blends in seamlessly. Great job and thank you! I recommend them highly.
