These guys are great! My boss had a leak in his roof, Reuben came out gave us a reasonable quote and his guys were here next day. They did a fantastic job and finished the work in only one day. Other companies quoted us twice the price and stated it would take weeks.....great price, one day, professional and nice. Can't ask for much more than that!

I hired Ruben & Lomeli Roofing to replace the pitched roof on my 1936 four-plex in South Carthay. Everything went as smoothly as imaginable for such a big job. Ruben was accessible and responsive during the bidding process. He answered calls and querries rights away, which is one of the reasons he got the job. Hs experience was also really helpful when deciding on which materials to use and in obtaining the proper permits. My building is in an HPOZ so Ruben & I had to coordinate permitting with both building and safety, and the HPOZ office in city hall. All went well.

The roofing job itself also went well. The crew was courteous and neat. We have yet to experience our first rains since the new roof went on, so I can't yet boast about it being waterproof, but it looks beautiful !

I found Lomeli Roofing on Yelp with a 5 star ratings. I was a bit weary because some negative comments are never posted. So I got a second bid. Lomeli's bid was higher
but what I liked about Rubin (the owner) he was hands on. He wrote the estimate and answered all of my concerns. After we agreed on the price Rubin set the date start to finish and keep to that schedule. And the cost was what he bid plus the permit fee. And left the property clean.

I checked his license, bond and workman's comp (very important) all up to date.

Still, Ruben was responsive on the phone, was flexible when scheduling his initial review of the project and seemed to be a very friendly guy. I've been in the property management industry for 10 years, and dealt with a lot of roofing companies in that time. Most of these companies prey on unsuspecting customers, and sell ""fixes"" that aren't necessary. When I asked Lomeli to take a look at one of my properties, Ruben came out and personally walked it with me. He explained the different options that were available to me, and the price points of each. He was very honest and didn't try to sell me on any one option. When I decided what route to take, the team at Lomeli was able to get the job done quickly and professionally. Most vendors leave a huge mess behind, but Lomeli actually cleaned up things that were up on that roof before they even arrived. I'll use Lomeli Roofing anytime I need roofing work done. Yes, he arrives on time. Yes, his prices are reasonable. But the real reason comes here: I had two other guys charge me a little less to fix a leaky roof, but only Ruben ACTUALLY fixed it!

He's done work on two roofs for me. I'll use him the next time I need roof work done too.
