Lomeli Roofing was hired for a roof inspection before we closed on our new home. The house needed a new roof and his company did a fantastic job replacing it. Been a year since and no issues to report. Ruben is honest, reliable and finished the job quick. Definately recommend Lomeli Roofing Co.

Ruben was actually inspecting the condos next door to ours when i needed a quick help getting a smoke alarm to turn off inside my house. He was willing to come in and take it off the ceiling which is 9 feet and over the stairs in a tricky spot. he helped me out in a pinch. nice guy. i will call him when our condo association needs a roof inspection.

I am very happy I used Lomeli Roofing to replace my old wood shake roof that was built on top of a old shingle roof for my 1550 sf home. Ruben was great. While his bid was mid range between 3 highly rated companies, I chose Lomeli after meeting Ruben, as I felt a level of trust, and he was highly responsive to my many questions.
I chose a charcoal high definition for pitched roof, and white cool roof for flat part in the back of the house. The work was done professionally, the crew was punctual and neat, and the job was completed ahead of schedule last Wednesday. The roof looks great, and I received numerous compliments from neighbors. I will be using his company again for my son's house..

This guy is a flake. Came out to take a look at the roof and said he would give me the estimate the following Tuesday after Labor Day. I called him the Thursday after Labor Day and he barely remembered me, but finally did after I gave him lots of prompts. He said he would call in a couple of days with an estimate. I'm still waiting.....Meanwhile, another guy gave me an estimate within a day.....

Had an appointment. Ended up being a no show so 2 stars I think is reasonable for that. I'm sure they're good, but took the day off work and was disappointed.

Luckily I did have other contractors lined up that day and ""John Day Contractor"" showed up and ""BC Construction"" they're both pretty good.

Also had LA Contractors and BC Creation, which are the same company, don't go there, they're estimates are wayyy off.

Ruben was fabulous. Came out when he said he would; wrote his report and got it to me in a timely manner. I contacted him because my neighbor had used his company to reroof their house and the work was done efficiently and in a very professional manner. I would recommend them in a heartbeat, obviously.

Ruben just finished putting a new roof on my mother-in-laws house. The job included adding some rigid foam insulation above two bedrooms that has only a wood ceilings with no attic or insulation at all. He installed some skylights, that I supplied, to the patio and porch roofs as well to brighten up the interior of the house. He replaced a lot of wood that had dry rot- the result of waiting too long to do the re-roofing. All in all Ruben and his crew did a great job.

Five years ago Ruben replaced the 28 year old roof on my home. The complication to that job was having to move my solar hot water panels out of the way to re-do the roof under the panels. His crew moved the assembly of three 3' x 8' panels and put them back after the roof was finished - quite an extra chore. 5+ years and no leaks.

With both roofing jobs Ruben was extremely courteous and professional, as was his crew. I couldn't be happier!

I have had quite a few layers of patches on my roof over the years. So when it started leaking near the drain into the wall, I called a few roofers again for options and estimates. All estimates were on the same neighborhood for full replacement and patch options, But Ruben was one of the most professional and knowledgable among them. He seemed honest and straightforward, not pushy yet very responsive. He seemed to care not to just get the job, but have a satisfied customer. His guys followed through with his promises and did the job quickly and thoroughly. My neighbor has asked his number and he said he'd use him for his next roofing job.

These guys are great! My boss had a leak in his roof, Reuben came out gave us a reasonable quote and his guys were here next day. They did a fantastic job and finished the work in only one day. Other companies quoted us twice the price and stated it would take weeks.....great price, one day, professional and nice. Can't ask for much more than that!
