Jose and the Lomeli Roofing team were incredible. From the moment we first met, I was impressed by their professionalism and knowledge. Jose gave us a very reasonable quote and was upfront about everything. When his team discovered some dry rot after the work began, they fixed it quickly without any delays to our original timeline.

What really stood out was how Jose handled the entire project - he didn't ask for payment until everything was completely finished and had passed all inspections. I could not have asked for a better experience with José and Lomeli roofing. My tenant discovered a leak in the roof that was damaging the ceiling in the home. It is winter and it had been raining hard. José asked good questions, and came prepared to fix the roof immediately rather than need to come out for an estimate first. Doing so allowed him to repair the roof before the next band of storms hit. He was professional, timely, communicative, and honest. It has been a long time since I have worked with a company that takes such pride in both their workmanship and customer service. I will 100% use José again when my own residence needs roof repair and am so grateful for the work he did. I cannot recommend José and Lomeli roofing highly enough.

Jose with Lomeli roofing came out to give us an estimate to replace our 30+ year old shingle roof. He went over all the details with us and answered all the questions we had. Ended up getting quotes from a handful of roofers and decided to go with Lomeli based on cost and because of Jose.

We're very particular with any contractors we hire--we like to know when they start and end each day and how long the whole process is expected to take. If your ""crew"" consists of one guy who shows up at 11am each day, that's not going to work for us and made this clear up front. Jose was very accommodating and transparent with his team's schedule. The team showed up around 8am every day and finished when there wasn't enough light left to work safely on the roof. (We had this done in November in San Jose)
We had $300 in ""extra"" costs due to some rotten fascia's they replaced and painted, but Jose discussed this with us before any work was done. Other than that, we paid what was quoted in the estimate.

Lomeli also required no payment until the job was done and passed inspection. Not necessarily something we needed, but I liked the idea of them standing by their work and collecting payment once we were happy with the results at the end.

Work began on a Tuesday, the team worked Wednesday, paused for Thanksgiving on Thursday, then came back Friday and Saturday to finish the job. Inspection was done and passed the following Tuesday--so all-in the job took one week.

We're very happy with the results--just in time for the rain!

We live in Union City Town Estates neighborhood. We received several estimates and Lomeli Roofing was comparable to other estimates.
We chose Lomeli roofing because our collective group of three neighbors were all in agreement selecting one service provider.
They did a fantastic job!
Roof removal was completed in one day, installed new shingles the next day and replaced two skylights the following day.
A significant amount of roof related drywall was addressed at a reasonable and additional cost, which included replacing facia as needed, installing new gutters, and painting, new roof side pipes, and vents.
The staff/crew were professional, leaving our yard clean and debris free each day. Our roof looks great and passed the necessary city inspection.
We are very satisfied with the work performed and would highly recommend Lomeli Roofing.
