Highly recommended. Israel of Loma Blanca returned my request immediately and scheduled my service for first thing next morning. I had a MAJOR hole in my roof. Israel provided photos and came up with a cost effective solution to fit my budget. The value for the price was outstanding. The products used were quality products. Photos and explanations of the work to be repaired were provided throughout the process. Israel was onsite with his crew over seeing the project. I was very pleased with the office staff's prompt response in providing me with an invoice and once work was completed; handling my payment and providing me with payment options. During the last major rainstorm here in Modesto in either late 2023 or early 2024, we discovered a bad leak in the ceiling of our bedroom closet. We had to put a bucket under the leak to catch the water. After exploring the space above the ceiling, we learned that the leak originated around the chimney. LOMA BLANCA ROOFING found that the flashing around the chimney was poorly installed. They re-caulked the flashing and replaced a couple of tiles. Hopefully, there won't be another leak in our closet.

I made several calls to him one day and he always answered his phone and didn't sound irritated with me at all for asking so many questions. The pricing for the project was fair and honest. Even though his crew had to readjust my gate to avoid hitting the gutter in its new position, he didn't charge me extra for it. I'm so grateful for his and his crew's help! Our tar and gravel roof was ""secretly"" leaking and it was only after talking to our flooring guy it most likely wasn't a slab leak. He referred us to a contractor who then brought Israel with him to evaluate the mysterious water on the floor (no water damage to our plaster walls), went up on the roof and found where the tar paper had split open under the gravel. He came back two days later on a Saturday to fix the leak, we still had some time with the repair but decided to move forward with a new roof.

We knew our options were limited as our home is kind of Eichler in style and does have a slightly inclined roof that can be seen from the street so our only options were TPO or a standing seam roof. I don't like the look of the slick ""plastic"" which TPO has, so we opted for the standing seam metal and used the TPO on the garage since it can't be seen from the street. All the underlayment had to be replaced and we were able to add insulation on top of that to the area we have very little interior insulation due to the limited crawl space

It's quite the process with this type of roof and since all the facia has to be replaced, he worked hand in hand with Nate Drechsler Construction (separate contracts) to time repairs to his installation process, and we also had the rain to deal with. Everything was done in a manner as to not have our home open to the elements so there was never a worry about incoming rain. We knew this would be a messy job removing the gravel, but each day everything was swept and blown leaving the outside clean.

The roof looks great on the house, we knew it would but it exceeded our expectations and we feel we got a high quality job at a good price. Standing seam is pricier and more laborious to install but you can't beat the look. Israel and his crew were excellent and we would definitely recommend Loma Blanca

Loma Blanca roofing was the right company to select for my job. One of the bad storms we had caused a leak and I needed a completely new roof on my house ASAP. The work included removing shake shingles that had been covered by composition roofing and putting down new plywood. I knew it was going to be a big job, and was worried about getting a good reliable company.

As soon as the weather cleared enough to get a roof done, he brought his team, jumped right in and took care of everything in just a few days.

I couldn't be happier. My new roof looks great, The quote I was given was what I paid, even though some extra work was done when some unseen damage was found. Loma Blanca had the lowest prices of all four companies. The team picked up every single day before they left. On the final day there was not even one nail to be found anywhere around my house.

I contacted Israel at LomaBlanca roofing to investigate a leak in our roof. This was on a Sunday, he turned up within an hour, he gave his professional opinion on a fix, either a patch or renew the whole section of roof. The roof was installed around 19 years ago, had pool solar heating panels on it, very poorly installed by nailing to the roof, I agreed to a replacement of the roof for what I think was a very reasonable price, Israel and his team showed up and within a day had completely ripped out, repaired the wood sheeting that was damaged, installed new shingles, drip edge, vents, a completely new roof , 100% better than the last. Extremely professional and proficient job, I 100% recommend this business for roofing jobs.
