Very hard to communicate with. Most texts and phone calls went unanswered. The work quality appears to be ok but he insisted on being paid before the final inspection was completed. When the inspector came out, the work did not pass because of some items he missed. When the work finally passed inspection, i handed him my check and he never said a word, got in his truck and drove off. Overall, the work appears to be good but the customer service was poor and the insistence of payment prior to final inspection left a bad taste and made me suspect that if I did pay him, i would have never seen him again. I cant recommend this contractor. If you hire him make sure the contract clearly spells out the scope of work, including all items required by Code, and under what conditions progress and final payments are made.
