I do not recommend working with this company. Be sure to read the contract carefully before signing. The contract fully protects them from absolutely everything. They spent eight months working on the roof (in reality, workers were only on site for about three or four days). All that time, they were simply busy with other projects. No one provided clear answers about deadlines, and I had to wait up to three weeks for a response.
They damaged the neighbor's generator while dismantling the old roof (they could have simply covered it). They did nothing
When the tiles were delivered, they fell off the roof and broke the fountain.
We spent two months asking them to resolve these issues, but no one did anything. None of the damages were compensated.
They added extra charges for additional work/materials without any warning and sent us an invoice. There was actually less work than they claimed, but one of the managers insisted otherwise, even sending their employee out twice to check. The manager went so far as to say we could sue them, yet we wouldn't be able to prove anything. Their attitude toward the client is horrible.

They were great to work with in the beginning, then they take your deposit..... They said it takes 8-10 wks for installation. Its been over 5 months and haven't heard from them. since 3 months ago I called and emailed the contacts that I was working with and have not heard back. Be cautious with promises!
Horrible customer service. let's see what the quality is.

Windows were installed October 31. Frames are bent windows are too short. Two "" supervisors "" came to the house to look at the damage. Stated they would get back to me with the solution. I have called every single day multiple times a day only to get voicemails. Still waiting on a call back. Very unprofessional. They were quick to get their money though.

Customer service is hideous at best. Lock Tight miscalculated our order quantity and no one caught until 11 out of 12 windows were installed. To mitigate, they wanted full price for the additional window, which I challenged and they reluctantly reduced the price a bit. The window was ordered and due to ship from Columbia on 11/22. Through several attempts, I confirmed that the window did ship, but I still don't have an ETA for installation. They don't return calls or texts, typically.

The window quality is great however from my perspective.

I made an appointment with this business to look at a roof repair and window replacement for my home. I made the appointment in good faith because I had an opening on my calendar and I work from home. Unfortunately, my schedule changed and I immediately called to reschedule the appointment. Rather than be understanding about my changing schedule, even though another decision-maker could've been at the home, they chose to be rude and sarcastically thank me for giving them 45 minutes notice and offering to reschedule. They hung up the phone instead of rescheduling, so I won't be doing business with this company..

From my experience with this company, I would NOT recommend or refer any business to them. When they want your business they seem very welcoming and professional and once you sign on the dotted line all courtesies are out the window. My home is approximately 20yrs old, over 3500sqft in a very nice gated community. My husband and I decided on locktight simply because we thought that as a bigger more well established company they would do a good job and boy were we surprised. Firstly they advertised and told us that all their products are US made but I discovered that was a lie and when I brought it to their attention they tried to say that well they have a factory in Columbia so it's still considered made in USA.

On the first day of the project their workers arrived on time, no project manager in sight. Project manager only showed up around midday on the second day and NEVER came back again.

Understandably window installation is like a demolition/rehab project so I expected dirt and dust everywhere and so to minimize an excessive amount of cleaning after the project, every night after they left , I would dust, clean and mop. BUT what I did NOT expect was the total disregard for my property. There were excessive amount of scuff marks on floor and stairways from their dirt shoes (NOT dirt, scuff marks like they just dragged their feet along the floors). White banisters were now completely grey and black with excessive amount of chipped paint. Dings all over the walls to which they did the most crude patch job and said they would return to refinish and NEVER did.

Our installation date was September 16 to 20th and today is November 24th and some of the frame work for the project has still NOT been completed because of missing material. The windows were installed that week and we were told the inspection would be 2 weeks later. ANOTHER LIE... our inspection was only done on November 7th. Since the week they installed the windows you can see all the dirty finger prints and marks from their installers and Locktight has NOT come out to clean up their mess. I got fed up of waiting for them and fixed the dings in the wall and banister and scuff marks. We have called several times about the clean up and they told us ""they don't clean windows"". The mosquito netting for the windows are still NOT installed. BUT you know what's even more laughable, within 2 weeks of the installation date Goodleap starting calling about payment arrangements despite the project NOT even being completed.

I hate to bring this up, but my husband and I are young and of African ancestry and I truly wonder if this company would have done such an appalling job had we been Caucasian???

AND they have the audacity to call my phone asking if I'm interested in roof rehab. How about you all complete the windows properly.

DEFINITELY WOULD NOT AND WILL NOT RECOMMEND LOCKTIGHT

This is the worst company I have ever encountered. It took them six months to complete our roof. Their customer service is terrible. They failed to obtain the necessary permits and left all my documents out in the rain, causing them to get wet. They also forgot to leave the documents for the city to review. They promised to provide drone photos and more, but I ended up taking photos myself, and I am very disappointed with how the roof looks.

Furthermore, they pressured me for the final payment and even sent legal papers. To top it off, they were suing our HOA for $100,000. Why would I make a final payment without knowing how my roof turned out? Now that I see how horrible it looks, I regret ever choosing this company.

I strongly advise you to stqay away from them; you will regret doing business with them. The owners and co-owners are rude and unprofessional. Some of the individuals I dealt with include Billy Judd, Amber Rosado, Tracy Bovee, Kristine Yut, Tiffeny Roque, and Jeff, who bombarded me with texts regarding the final payment. Santiago Escobar was a dishonest salesman, and there were others like Vinny and Shevin Goodman. None of these people seem to have any customer service training at all.

They installed my windows ok, but the office attitude was very bad, very bad. I believe you can find other people. Jeff was the person who threatened and yelling on me on my mone, without to listening a word. I have also text conversation...

Never in my life have I had such a horrible experience with a company. I wouldn't send my worst enemies to these monsters.

My elderly parents who live in a senior community, needed their roof redone. They decided to go with Locktite. Aside from the damage done to their gutter, (which we know they don't cover, we were willing to accept, but wow was it significantly impacted) and the damage to half of the whole dining area, living room, and by the garage all have water stains that were not there until they started working. We stopped the workers and they told us that must've been there which was not the response we wanted. They reassured us it was fine and would have someone come take a look.
We've sent pictures of the damage. They sent someone out to spray over the damage to not really fix it but make it look like it's fixed, which made everything look worse.
I called today for my mother and spoke to Tiffany and asked to speak to whoever the owner is and she couldn't do that, she couldn't apologize, and she couldn't even find the pictures we've sent multiple times.
I said will have someone come give u an estimate and they can be present, that way they know how much the cost of the damage is that they owe. They wouldn't agree to it. Therefore, I'm letting everyone know now.
STAY AWY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY HAVE LOWLIFE WORKERS WHO AREN'T EDUCATED ENOUGH IN THEIR OWN FIELD THAT THEY WORK IN.
my parents have done their part in paying. Be decent human beings and make things right.
