First off, I don't live in Calexico. I just like to throw the spammers and marketers off track. Now onto the review.
Anyway, posting reviews is not something I do often. I felt compelled to give a review for these guys because for one I heard a few horror stories about roofers, and two It's kind of scary having the roof on your home torn off and replaced. So I called a few companies to come give quotes and every person that came out was nice and I learned a lot from them. And then I called Local Roofs. Andrew was my first contact - very clear spoken guy, confident and knowledgeable about roofs, super thorough with everything, crawled the attic, closely examined everything while telling me why. Very easy to understand the operation of a roof and its components because of the way he explained things. Anyway, this guy had a reasonable solution for everything: roof types and venting, warranties and what they really mean, financing if needed. Just all of it. Then after choosing the company and getting the project plan finalized I had 3 people for my point of contact that were on top of it like I've never experienced before. Roof off in half a day. Gutters on and materials delivered right up to the roof and obvious progress by day 2 and completely finished and waiting for city inspection by day 4! What I loved about it was I knew everything going on the whole time and a bunch of pictures time stamped of the whole installation. Local Roofs. I recommend this outfit. My wife and I had been having a small leak for the past couple of years in our manufactured home. We also knew that we were missing some shingles and needed at the very least some repairs. Our roof was 18 years old and we knew that we would have to replace it soon. LocalRoofs came and gave us an estimate for both repairs and a new roof. The new roof estimate was below what we were thinking it would likely be, so we opted for the new roof with a 25 year warranty. First of all, LocalRoofs was extremely communicative throughout the entire process! Morgan was involved via in-person and phone both early in the process and after the roof was completed. Sammy, via phone, was our go-to ""question and answer"" person during the process. Jeronimo was the roofer that was focused on the area of the roof that seemed to be the problem site for our original leak and he was there through the entire roofing process and kept us informed. After the roof was completed, an unforeseen area of concern came up that they weren't entirely responsible for. We called Morgan, and he came to our home in the dark on a rainy evening and tarped the concerning area. He came back the next day and inspected the issue and rectified the situation. He then came back the following day and did a water test to confirm completion. Morgan went above and beyond to make sure we were completely satisfied. Besides Morgan, Sammy, and Jeronimo, everyone was professional, cleaned up after themselves, used quality materials, and did a fantastic job! We highly recommend this company for roofing needs.

I got a few quotes for my roof to be relpaced. Andrew Goddard from Local Roofs was my last of 4 companies. I was only going to get 2 quotes, but I wasn't quite comfortable with making a choice so I got a third and then a fourth. Totaly relieved that I did. The cost to replace my roof was way more then I thought it would be and then on top of that its not a simple thing. So first I get a text when Andrew is on his way to the pre-set appointment. Then another when he pulls up. That was nice. Then from that point forward it has been the most pleasant experience I've ever had doing any work on my home. Andrew explained things very well and really knew his stuff. Quote landed in the middle of all the quotes, but when the work was done it was done in a professional and clean manner with no surprises and I was informed every step of the way until final inspection and then some. We had a leak in our leaving room and we suspected it could be from chimney or roof. We invited LocalRoofs to provide us an estimates. Morgan from LocalRoofs arrived on time and he spent couple of hours to analyze the issue and take pictures. To take pictures he had to move tiles and and put them back. He was thorough in explaining the possibilities and send us the photos He also helped us in making decision as to how to proceed further. I liked his friendly demeanor and thorough analysis and would not hesitate recommending LocalRoofs to others.
