I would highly recommend this company. The workers were pleasant, courteous, knowledgeable, communicative, conscientious, and very neat. They took extra care to cover and protect the surrounding areas and cleaned up afterwards. The company was responsive in their communications, their scheduling, their follow-up, and follow-throughs.
From their office personnel to their sales people, to their field workers, it was obvious that this company wanted to make sure they did a good job and that we were pleased with their service.
The only drawback is that it took a little while to schedule, but it was WELL WORTH IT!

Although we did not end up going with LocalRoofs for our job, we were VERY happy with the estimate process, which was thorough, responsive, professional, and EXTREMELY informative. Ryan Rubinstein came out, got on a ladder, flew a drone around, did the whole thing. We came out of that knowing a lot more about the process than we went in. We chose a different roofer due to some specific reasons having to do with our particular job... but we also got a great impression of this company.

Ryan came to our home due to what I thought was a roof leak. Ryan spent about 50 minutes with me and he actually got up on his ladder and sprayed the roof line that might have been leaking. No leak. Then he sprayed the window glass and water entered the house. It was not the roof, but the windows! Obviously, I told him that I would not be using his services. He understood. I thanked him and we said goodbye. However, he still used his drone to take pics of the roof. He knocked on my door and he suggested a preventative thing I could do to improve an area of the roof. I RARELY find someone this HONEST. I have a roof company that I trust (they are busy now, that is why I called LocalRoofs), but I will be switching over to these guys now. Honest companies are hard to find.

Greg came out today. Greeted me with a smile very professional. I just so happened to find them on yelp and after researching companies in Ventura County area, I went with this one. I needed to know the condition of the roof being. Mr. Greg and his trusty drone which is pretty cool inspected my roof. I needed it for insurance purposes as I know price can go up or down depending on age. I just wanted to let my insurance know hey ... it was done in 2016 now that I found the paper work and it still looks good. it's a peace of mind and Greg also let me know that it's good to have the roof maintain every so many years to make sure my investment last me a long time.

Here is an update to my review. They charge $500 to place the tarp, but that's credited against the cost of the job. That means that, once you have the tarp placed, they have an incentive to increase the cost of the job because you are, in some respects, ""stuck."" But that's not what they did. The actual estimate was a bit lower than what the estimator originally thought (before he had access to overhead photos to take measurements). In other words, they had a chance to take advantage of me, and they didn't do it. How often does that happen to homeowners?

Also, since the tarp was placed, we have had torrential rains, with a lot of wind. The tarp has held perfectly, keeping everything inside dry. I'm very grateful. The job is scheduled for next week. I'll make a final update once it's done.

After the last rain I had a few leaks in my roof. Mitch came out in a timely manner and gave me a fair estimate. They scheduled the work within a few weeks. Day 1 they showed up early and started work immediately. Every day they were on time and began work. They worked one extra day past the estimated finish time. Mitch supervised the work and took care of all the minor problems prior to completing the project. Mitch took me through a thorough walkthrough at the end and did some extra finishing touches. I am confident after viewing the finished product that the roof will not leak for a very long time. Many additional items were completed with no additional up charges. I am very happy with this company and would highly recommend them to anyone with a roof project in the future.

I own/manage several industrial properties and can not recommend this company enough. Branden especially was excellent. It is so refreshing to be able to rely on a company that actually cares about their cuctomers. Branden was on time, prompt and returned my calls immediately when I had a question. The price was great and the job was done right. This is the only company I will use for my personal residence and my commercial properties.
