Let me start out by saying when we noticed a leak after it rained, we were very nervous and confused about who to call. We heard many horror stories from some of our friends.
Well I called Local Roofs and it was one of the best experiences we had. They sent out Jay the roof specialist. Within an hour or less he had the drone pictures of our roof. They placed a tarp on the roof before they did repairs, as rain was expected.
Our next stressful situation for us worrying about was to happen next. The office staff and everyone we came in contact with was exceptional. Now lets get to the installation.
Victor Cruz, Pablo Gerado, and Jose Castillo arrived on time. They were here for 2 1/2 days. They finished the job daily and cleaned up the property daily. They touched base with us daily. On the last day they showed us pictures of the roof before, where the leak was and the finished project.
About a couple hours after the work was completed James arrived and he wanted to make sure we were satisfied. He also wala rod property and making sure the debris was picked up. He also took drone pictures of the roof, and later supplied them to us.
Pricing was very reasonable for the amount of work they completed 10 stars not 5 Thank you Local Roofs

Very happy with this organization. Local Roofs just completed an underlayment reset of my entire roof. The customer service was exceptional. Brandon, Rob and everyone that we dealt with was courteous, helpful, friendly and efficient. They were quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Their work crews were punctual, professional and focused on the job. I would be happy to recommend Local Roofs to anyone in need of roofing services.

I spoke with Greg Huber from Local Roofs, he was great, knew exactly what he was doing, provided options on partial or full roof work with replacement of under paper felt, new metal valleys, replaced broken tiles, added drip strip for water run off that is something new I wasn't aware of. Crew was professional , clean, polite and efficient. I received quotes from other companies and Local Roofs was very competitive. I'd recommend them highly, ask for Greg when you call.

I talked with 4 different roofing companies and Local Roofs was the most responsive and the best fit for me. The new roof is beautiful. Their crew did an excellent job; they were professional and friendly every one of them. Their quality control person, Rob, who inspected the job at the end was meticulous and made sure that everything was perfect. He showed me pictures he took while on the roof and pointed out the neat workmanship of the flashings and valleys. LocalRoofs was very responsive to all of my concerns and great at communicating what was going to happen and when. If I had a question and phoned, someone would either answer my question or call me back promptly. Most importantly, I know if I have a future problem LocalRoofs will be just as responsive just as they have been up to now.

I would not recommend this company. They are more of a data collection company than actual roffers . My first phone encounter with them, they collect extremely details information , 15 minutes of necessary and unnecessary questions, again, no one asked such questions from the other Roofing companies. . Then the representative J came with a drone ( to collect more data ) but when it came to the actual estimate and roofing work , v un responsive and un reliable , waste of time , will not use them or recommend them

Be cautious when working with this company. Everything was fine until the new roof installed. Within 2 months we have had multiple leaks. Chasing them to come out and repair. They sent a PM who doesn't speak English and continue to be difficult to communicate with.

I had a number of leaks from the rains last year. My son recommended Local Roofs. They gave the most thorough estimate and timeline. Their crew was timely, efficient, friendly and did exactly what they said they would do. Most importantly after this deluge of winter rain not a drop anywhere in the house. Thanks for a great job. Localroofs was a referral from my real estate broker. I spoke with 3 companies about reroofing my home and Localroofs, by far, was the best in terms of the services they offered and length of warranty for labor. My rep., Jay Enriquez, Roofing Specialist, spent all the time with me I needed to answer my questions about this major expense, gave me a thorough explanation of what they provided and left me with informative materials I could look over. I needed a no-interest loan and they had that option. Jay's proposal arrived promptly and explained all the known charges as well as potential costs for things not visible under the shingles, so I have a complete understanding of what this could cost - no surprises. I am impressed by the high quality of the products they will be installing. Mitch Hale, the General Install Manager stopped by and looked at the leaking area. I think that was an extra courtesy and I much appreciated him taking the time to do that. Jay and Mitch have been a personal and professional pleasure to work with and I expect the same from their other employees who will be party to this 2-day process. This company is local to me, has 90 installers - all employees - and they are bonded, licensed and insured. Given the prevalence of liability issues these days, I think this is the right company to hire if you have roofing issues. And I did.
