Poor communication, workers don't show up when they say they would, didn't clean up after themselves and placed mismatched tIles on my roof. It took them a week to haul their working materials from my lawn. Project manager, Rudy, never showed up to inspect and give the approval on the work done. I wouldn't refer this company to my worst enemy !

Two years ago I selected LocalRoofs to redo my 40-year-old roof. They were fast, efficient, and did a quality job at a competitive price. During a 70MPH wind storm, my chimney cap blew off smashing several tiles. LocalRoofs was quick to come out and repair the tiles. It's great to have a company that stands by its work and supports its customers for the long run.

Roof leaked. Hired LocalRoof for new composition roof. Complaints are: roof still leaked after the roof was replaced because they didn't seal the electrical pipe ( to the HVAC)...apparently the original problem. Had to call them to install ridge cap where they hadn't done that. They used the wrong color composition rolled roofing around the HVAC and had to come back and re-do that area with 'hot mop'...still the wrong color. Left roofing scraps and roofing nails all over the property that resulted in a flat tire. Left facia board openings in areas where facia broke when removing old roof. Should I go on? Overall, poor attention to common details. Will never use them again nor recommend them.

A big shout out goes to Jay Enriquez & LocalRoofs.com! I called to have the water heater vent stack inspected above the garage because I noted visible daylight in the surrounding area and feared it could leak during the upcoming rainy season. Jay was prompt with our appointment time and knew just how to make the repair. He was personable, knowledgeable and professional. Jay also discussed some options with me for when it comes time for a new roof in the coming years. I have additional roof work to be done in the near future and I will definitely be calling LocalRoofs.com!!

I am very happy with everyone that has been in contact with me from Local Roofs. Starting with Jay who came by to give me the free estimate. He did a very thorough investigation of the property and the condition of the roof. He was open to negotiating the proposal.
My point person, Jen, was awesome too. Quick to return calls and very pleasant and efficient.
The job was done in 3 days and the hard working crew did a great job cleaning up in the end.

My experience with Local Roofs was PHENOMENAL. My salesperson was Brandon Spiegel. Brandon was very personable and made me feel so comfortable. I felt like a very valued customer. First he did a garage roof job at one of my rental properties. They finished in one day. Remarkable job. I then asked him to come to my house. He explained everything in detail and I signed on the dotted line. The workers arrived and got right to work. They cleaned up at the end of every day. The finished job looks terrific. What I loved was the constant quality control they have in place. At the start of each day, the project lead, Daniel would arrive to check to see if everything was OK and to answer any questions I had. I really appreciated that personal touch. Once the job was complete, there was a post quality control check. Ron was amazing. He took pictures and went through every aspect of my roof job. Bottom line, I am 100% satisfied with the whole process.

Really enjoyed my experience with Local Roofs. The process to get the initial estimate was seamless and the team that came to install the new gutter and downspouts did an excellent job. Very professional and high quality craftsmanship. Everything looked great but unfortunately the color did not match our existing gutters (see before photo). Apparently there was a miscommunication on color options available for our steel gutters but Ryan, one of the owners of Local Roofs, stepped in and promised to make everything right. They sent out Keith from Mineo painting who did a superb job of matching the colors (see after photo) and Local Roofs picked up the cost of the painting. Ryan and the team at Local Roofs definitely went above and beyond to ensure that we were 100% satisfied. We really appreciate the effort and would definitely highly recommend Local Roofs!!

Everything about Local Roofs was top notch. From the time the estimator arrived until the job was done, I dealt with professionals who were knowledgeable and polite. My questions were answered right away. The office staff had incredible follow up with calls, emails and texts to make sure I was informed of everything along the way. The job was supervised by Rob DeJarnette who made sure the job was done right and on time. He cared about my house as if it were his own. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing roof work.
