My disappointment grows by the day, when the roof was done the job was done on time and at a very good price, this was when Ulisses had a partner Ismael, I suspect that Ismael kept on top of things.
several years in to my warranted my roof developed a leak after several calls and two visit the leak was repaired. Sadly the same area started leaking again, this time Ulises is very allusive. several calls and several promised days and no show later I wonder if it was the partner the one keeping the place honest.
at this stage of the game I lost all confidence on LMC. It is a shame because he got several very lucrative leads from me. would I hire him again unless he makes up with me in the next few days my answer is no way!
All I ask is to be honest and either tell me that he is not going to repair the leak or give me a good reason why he has not sent or committed to send someone yet, just do not keep me hanging please!

Just finished my roof last month with LMC and I just can't say enough about the excellent service and workmanship I received. If only other companies I do business with were this professional and provided the follow-up service Ulysis and his company did. After sitting down with all the large roofing companies in Miami, hearing their sales pitch and how much they charge, LMC won out with their much lower price, equal guarantee and their family-run business demeanor. I replaced my entire large Spanish Tile roof and Ulysis threw in extras such as replacing all rotted wood at no additional charge (Unlike every other company that considers anything over an initial square footage to be an ""extra"" - which always translated to more money!). Moreover, I compared all materials used by LMC in replacing my roof with that of other major roofing companies and they were identical. Whenever I called Ulysis with a concern, he answered me immediately and took care of everything quickly. I was a bit concerned when I read a negative review here on Yelp about LMC so I asked Ulysis about it. He explained the Customer did not understand why roofers must work on a relatively dry roof and can not work in the rain. The Customer's roof was done during the Summer of 2013 and Ulysis explained this was an especially wet Summer, that he did everything possible to get the Customer's roof done quickly but that he could not control the weather. He painstakingly itemized all the extra work he did for this Customer without charging for it but that she was impossible to satisfy. I did check on how rainy it was during the Summer of 2013 and he was right about it being especially wet - even for Miami. In summary, my experience with Ulysis and LMC was the complete opposite of what the Customer explained in her Yelp review so that was all the proof I needed to conclude her Review is not accurate. I have recommended LMC to family and friends after personally experiencing their workmanship, service and price.

Did my roof with him and overall it was ok. Just felt like the service is great in the beginning and diminished throughout the job. Had to keep cleaning up after the workers. They left their food and drink containers on my property daily. Also they made a bunch of scattered messes with the caulking. They put globs of the stuff and the work looked rushed and unpolished. So much was used that it dripped down and looked like caulk icicles. Have stains on my walls were you can see they had caulking on their hands and leaned on the wall. They also put a staple through my satellite cable and disrupted my service. Roof has no leaks so that is a good thing I guess. And they used silicone in some sections were another material should have been used. I complained to the owner and he said they are not carpenters.

DO NOT HIRE THEM!!! I hired them in in April to replace my roof and it took 3 months for them to complete it. The customer service was non-existant. I had to call to get an update on what was going on and why my roof wasn't being worked on. Ulisses, the owner, had every excuse in the book.
WHAT IS WORSE...In August, a month after my roof had been finished and fully paid for, I get a letter in the mail that a lien was being placed on my home because the roofing materials had not been paid for by LMC roofing/Ulisses.
It is now October 17th and he still has not paid for the roofing material and I still have a lien on my home.
In my opinion, he is a thief and a liar!
I also understand that the roof of the person who recommended him to me is leaking after only 1 year of being replaced. They have called him and he has not bothered to call back.
I am now having to hire an attorney to resolve this matter. This is unacceptable!
