We have a flat roof of several levels, four over the main floor and one level on the extension below (we are on a slope). In 2016, we had laboriously washed, cleaned with Clorox, utilized old towels to mop up the liquid and let dry for several hours in the hot sun and then rolled a thick portion of silicone on the main floor. Our main floor roof is approximately 21 X by 60 feet, and we did a slice across the narrow side six or seven feet at a time. We used six pails of Gaco S2000 Flex, which is 100% silicone with a guarantee of fifty years when applied properly. Our lower roof had a roofing system installed some time back and we cleaned and rolled a thick portion of silicone on it and used three five-gallon pails for the lower roof.
Our roof did not leak throughout Hurricane Irma
After Hurricane Irma, our insurance company demanded we use Lloyd's Roofing. Our general contractor replaced our garage and a portion of the roof over the adjacent kitchen and installed a protective barrier over the kitchen and garage. We never had a leak in our roof from Hurricane Irma of the time that the general contractor finished his portion of the rebuild and repair. After a delay of some time, I contacted the insurance company and inquired when they are coming to finish our re-construction. A team of several men came out late at night and removed the protective covering installed by the contractor, later in that night our daughter returned home, called us by phone and mentioned it is ""raining in our kitchen"". Lloyds settled after some discussion with several hundred dollars for repair of the shelving unit and ceiling.
When Lloyd's returned our roofs were pressure washed, blown dry and then sealed with silicone. After some time, I placed a ladder to ascend to our main floor roof and there were at least seventy-five bubbles on the main floor roof where the hastily installed silicone was installed. Lloyds returned a second time and after that we noticed sections of the silicone in our yard from the roof. They returned two more times for a total of four visits to fix what was not broken. I will also add they billed our insurance company well over $40,000 for installing a roof on a 22X 23 garage and a section over the kitchen of 11"" X 7"" at the very most and destroy the work we did on our silicone coated roof.
Recently I returned to the lower roof with a water hose and again the coating peeled off and we have at least 25 to 30 sections of silicone, with dirt on the side that faced the roof, which leads us to the conclusion they did not clean the roof properly.
On top of all the above, the last time they returned they requested my spouse sign a statement that we are satisfied with their work, which she declined. They e-mailed a statement requesting I sign with the same which I refused.
I am now sixty-seven years old, retired on disability and have in our closet one more five-gallon pail of Gaco Flex S2000, at a cost of $311.91, and will repair the work that need not be done if not for Lloyds Roofing incompetence.
If I could give them less than one star, I would.

The most awkward thing happened to me today (07/06/2018) around 7:30pm.
As I was leaving the parking lot of a Mexican restaurant on Capital Circle NE, one of Lloyd's roofing pick up trucks was backing up, so I stopped to let them, and they stopped too, so I kinda started to move again, and then I stopped again, and I finally let them back up. You know one of those awkward moments, when you want to be cautious but kind.
As they were driving next to my car in the opposite direction, a girl in the back seat of the pick up truck rolled down the window and gave me the finger, I even waved her bye, not expecting that reaction, lol!. I just want to know what did I do wrong and If I need to apologize for letting you drive out the parking lot.
