Live Oak Exteriors is an excellent company! From the first visit to determine the condition of our roof to the final installation, every part of the process was seamless! Kudos to Jordan Clark who impressed me with his knowledge, attention to detail and professionalism. Blayne Talor was on-site throughout the entire installation and over saw his entire crew (who were also awesome!) and made us feel like we were well taken care of. Impressive company all the way around!

Highly recommend Live Oak Roofing + Exteriors. Unfortunately we had wind damage from a severe storm over the summer and had to have our roof replaced. Seth Pickens inspected our roof, worked with our insurance company and made the whole process simple. He was responsive when we had questions and followed up when the job was completed. Blayne, the on-site manager during the job, was great. He kept us informed as each step in the process was completed and sent pictures throughout the day. Water damage to my sunroom from roof installment. Now the company is refusing to replace the sheetrock. I spoke to Jayden on multiple occasions and was told it would be replaced once all water leaks was resolved from the roof installment. Now Jayden supervisor Carl is refusing to replace the sheetrock. Carl was rude and unprofessional. This has been the worst experience. Do not do business with is company. They lack customer service skills and quality.

I am thoroughly happy with the work done by Live Oak. They did a great job from beginning to end. Zack met with us, went over the roofing materials and roof application process. He met with the insurance adjuster to inspect the roof. The roof looks excellent and the clean up was perfect.
