Great folks! Great job! My dad recommended Little Bitty Roof Svcs and am so glad I listened. TY for everything.

This company should be banned from roofing. I found him through Home Advisor.
Two years ago I used Little Bitty to roof my flat roofed triplex in Richmond. He deserves 0 stars. I just could not remove the one star. He did not replace the gravel on the roof or put any protective cover over the boards. When rains came, it rained into the newly decorated apartment. No response when I contacted him . No response when Home Advisor contacted him. Home Advisor said they would remove him from their list so should YELP .ALWAYS get a permit to roof. This will help you avoid the costly mistake I made. I did not know I needed a permit which would have come with an inspector. I had two other roofers comment that the work was done poorly. He is a fraud.

If I could give twenty stars, I would. I have had gutter cleaners come and use some device to clean the gutters in my three-story home. But Little Bitty Roof Services got on top of my slanted roof and hand-cleaned the gutters. Now, when it is pouring rain it is so silent that I have to go outside to see if it is raining. All of the water is being properly directed away from the house. Prior to Little Bitty Roof Services I could hear every drop.

Ten years ago when buying my house I got a roof estimate from Ideal Roofing. They said the roof was okay but needed $600 of maintenance work. I then contacted Little Bitty Roofer and he carefully explained that the parapit walls need routine maintenence of coating and he wanted to make sure ""it was done right"", so he'd use a quality material. The quote was $250, and the job was done right. Several years later I noticed a leak and called Donell at (Little Bitty Roof). He said when he coated the walls we were not looking for leaks and leaks can happen any time. Anyway, he found the leak near a drains spout and fixed it for free! That's right. Fast forward ten years. I notice paint peeling from my ceiling. I realize I've neglected to maintain the roof so I called Little Bitty. He told me on the phone no doubt my roof will need service, if I've not had any in 10 years. He braced me for some bad news. But when he did an inspection, he informed me that he's surprised to see that the roof is indeed in good shape and needs nothing more than the $250 maintenence of coating the walls to help it to last longer. The peeling paint shows no signs of moisture damage so it's probably just time to paint. Again he assured me that there is no guarantee that leaks won't begin at any time but for now - it looks good. I'm sure any other roofer would sell me a story that would add up to a big cost.
2018. I'm still a fan. 2 years ago I called for an estimate and once again I was told the roof looked good. I then let Donell know that I was planning on painting the exterior and I had just painted the interior. At that point he said if you have had leaks in the past you will no doubt get leaks again it's just a matter of time. The roof was at least 20 years old. He then suggested it's time to get a new roof. He said it doesn't make sense to paint the exterior and then do the roof and besides the price of a roof was only going to go up. So while the roof still look good at this point it made sense to get a new roof. His quote was more than reasonable, his crew was very efficient, and the work speaks for itself. No leaks. I feel very fortunate to have found Donell and little bitty roof. I called him recently to look at the paint peeling on my ceiling and he was more than happy to come out. We were both happy to conclude that the problem was not a leak because there were no tea spots on the ceiling, and it was obvious the problem was poor paint prep.
