In Nov20, Asher and his team were contracted to fix a leak within the kitchen wall, replace kitchen cabinets, kitchen countertops, paint kitchen, replace downstairs flooring and baseboards, and install recessed lighting.

Our kitchen and flooring at the time was very outdated (think the 90s). Of course when the project was completed, it was so much better than what we had before, but after time we started noticing things.

The kitchen was painted AFTER they installed the cabinets so some parts of the kitchen are not painted at all.

We used Asher's cabinet/countertop person - do not use this person - the cabinets are cheap material. When installing the countertops, instead of using one piece and leaving a smooth surface, they joined two separate pieces together so there's a crease right in the middle of the counter.

We purchased the flooring separately from Asher. A little before a year after installation, the floorboards began lifting up and separating. I sent a text message to Asher with pictures - I received a ""read message"" notification but no response. I decided to email Asher, again, no response.

I contracted with Asher to repair a leak in the bathroom ceiling. His team came out, repaired the leak and the following day closed the drywall and ceiling and repainted the bathroom. The guys did good work -- neat, clean and professional. Because I was satisfied with the work Asher and his team did, I asked him to take a look at the roof of my patio cover which at last rain had water pooling at 3 places. He and his team assessed the problem to be not enough slope to the patio cover. They cut several inches off the support posts. I could not determine whether this worked so i reserved my assessment until the next rain. When it rained, again there was pooling on the patio cover roof. I told Asher the problem and he came out and proposed replacing the entire patio cover roof. His estimate for this work took into consideration the fact I had paid him for lowering the posts and providing more angle to the patio cover. All in all, Asher and his team did good work. They were neat and they kept the work area clean. They were punctual, friendly, answered our questions, and were always professional. However, I believe all in all his estimate may be a little bit more than other contractors.

My tired old deck needed to be torn down and replace with one built from composite material. As is my habit, I interviewed a dozen contractors and narrowed to three. Asher quickly rose to the top and it proved to be a good decision. The amazing crew appeared within two days to begin demolition. Two weeks later I had a beautiful new deck. Asher was a pleasure to work with as was his crew. I'll contact Litor Remodeling for future work!

Hired Asher and his team after going through several estimates. This was a remodel for my moms bathroom. She had broken her leg and needed the bathroom redone quickly.
