Hired Asher and his team after going through several estimates. This was a remodel for my moms bathroom. She had broken her leg and needed the bathroom redone quickly. Asher was straight up- very communicative and Informed us of everything along the way. Even during COVID his team did an incredible job.

I am the president of a 60 unit HOA in El Sobrante hills and recently hired Litor to repair/replace damaged trim on a six unit pod prior to painting. They were professional, timely and responsive. Asher and his crew also demolished and removed a 600 ft fence. Asher's prices are reasonable, his wrk professional, and we will be using them again next year when we paint a couple more pods.

Im torn o n the scoring of this review because there is no problem with Asher, I'd give him 5 stars for politeness and zero stars for the estimate. Asher was polite and communicated very well over the phone and yelp. Unfortunately his estimate started at 15k for a bathroom remodel. The bathroom in question has only a shower stall and toilet no counters (dimensionsin photos), all demo was already done except shower (tile and sliding shower door). I have no idea how he came up with that estimate. He told me Nobody would do it for cheaper. He was quite surprised when I told him I had estimates for way less then that. Just to show I'm not blowing smoke I attached one of the estimates to this review. Asher wished me best of luck and left at no time was he rude in anyway. Also for those that care he wore a face covering the entire time.

I want to make it clear there is nothing wrong with Asher, I only have a problem with his estimate.

Asher was very helpful and came out to scope the work and gave me lots of good advice and ideas and even referred other techs who did other types of work that could be helpful to me. He showed samples of his work and it all looked impressive. I intend to use him for my projects coming up in the near future.

We were in the process of having our guest bathroom remodel estimated by several contractors Asher came over to our house to bid the job as well. He was not only very professional.... but also hugely helpful in our planning. Unfortunately we did end up doing the project, but when and if we do we will certainly be working with him. He has all the licensing with him and his work looks beautiful in his pictures. Even though we did not undergo the remodel, he spent quite a bit of time with me thinking of layouts and materials, and even helped me contact his providers for vanities, tubs and plumbing.

I was entirely impressed and grateful for his professionalism and assistance.
