As the COO, Todd Woods leads Lionsgate Development and has 25 years of industry experience. He has been privileged to serve on an Advisory Board at John Deere since 2005, during which the development of the G series backhoe.

Some of his recognitions are Oklahoma City's prestigious Citizenship Award, recognition in Who's Who of Business Executives for more than 5 years, the 2004 Businessman of the Year, being the Honorary Chairman of the Congressional Business Advisory Committee, and many additional awards.

He possesses more than ten certifications and in management operations. He has participated in over 10,000 roof installations over the past decade, including both residential and commercial projects and assignments on eight military bases as a main contractor and subcontractor.

Todd played a role in the recovery operations after Hurricanes Lilly, Isabel, Charley, Francis, Jean, and Katrina and helped in the tornado recovery efforts in Oklahoma in 1999 that affected hundreds of miles. Todd has developed
