A+++. I had an old shake roof removed, new plywood put down, and a top of the line composition shingle on top. Great company to work with from start to finish, I can't say enough. Best pricing (and very fair), best communication, and best workers. Everything was explained, they answered all of my questions thoroughly, and completed the job as expected. They never showed up late, were perfectly on time for every appointment, worked quickly, and final clean-up looked like they were never there! Don't forget Lindy Roofing is also a locally owned and operated family business. I liked knowing that my money was staying local, they are here in case I have an questions or concerns, and since they have been around for so long I'm sure they'll be available for years to come. The last thing I wanted to spend money on was a new roof! But when it's time it's time. So I had six estimates to do the job. The last company to give me an estimate was Lindy roofing. WOW! What can I say? We had Lindy Roofing install a roof over 10 years ago, and with the high winds and strong rain that we have been having, it developed a leak. I called Wendy at Lindy Roofing and they sent a roofer out the same day to look at it. He found the area where it was leaking and reported back to the office. Wendy contacted me, and explained that the roof was no longer under warranty, but offered to fix it free of charge. She sent a roofer out that day, no more leak!

Top notch customer service from Wendy and the office staff, and their roofing crew is excellent. Lindy put on our new roof in 2017 and completed the job in 3 days as promised. The roof has been great and this year in March 2019, we had one tiny, tiny drip of water near the vent for the stove, and Wendy got the crew out right away to assess it. They came out during the rain and found that the kitchen exhaust vent needed to be resealed. They put up a temporary cover and came back later in the week as soon as the rain stopped. They did the repair at no charge to us. I completely trust Lindy Roofing to do a good job and stand by their work, and recommend them to all of my friends.

Great Company!!! The office manager (Wendy) quickly set up an appointment. I needed quick action since the forecast was more rain to come and heavy at times. The very next day in between storms Modesto quickly evaluated the leak and repaired it. The crew he had with him took about 15 minutes to repair. Awesome job!!!!!!!!

I recently contacted Lindy Roofing to do a roof check on a listing of mine. They were wonderful, they quickly sent someone out there the next day.
The young man, (Modesto), was very timely, professional and told me what I already knew. We need a new roof....
Well, we hired Lindy Roofing based on its Yelp reviews. The owner of the property looked them up when I suggested Lindy Roofing and did not hesitate.
Lindy Roofing has the most amazing team working for them. It took the team 3 days from start to finish!!! This is a huge two story home, with over 2700 Sq. Ft.!
The team is so good, they work well together, they are neat, they are professional, they are amazing!!! Well oiled machine, keep up the good work. I strongly recommend Lindy Roofing to all!!

Called Lindy roofing for estimate and the came out the next day which was a Tuesday, didn't hear from them so called on Friday was told they were working on the estimate and would call me on Monday again no call so I called on Tuesday, was told they would get back to me , again called on the next Friday with some anger in my voice (10 days at this point) they called back within the hour with the cost. After reviewing estimate called on Tuesday to schedule work. We`ll get back to you! called again Friday mourning. Friday after noon Jim with Linday Roofing calls and makes excuses , told him I got someone else to do the job and he calls me a F___KING A__HOLE!!!!!!!!!!

Representative showed up on time, Licensed, Bonded, and in business for over 48 years with an A+ BBB rating. The rep went up on the roof surveyed what needed to be done, and then said he would send a sheet metal guy out for some of the particulars on the job. The rep never left a business card, and never sent a sheet metal guy out like he said. However, I did receive a quote 2-weeks later for 60% more in cost than what three other roofers had bid for the same amount of work to be done.
That is why despite all the glowing accolades of time in business, and ratings, there is a difference when it come's quality follow up, work performed, and price. Like they say, it's only money and time, but it's my money, and my time.

The team at Lindy Roofing are amazing. They did a couple roofing jobs for me on some very complicated jobs and they did them under estimate and on time. The office girls are so pleasant to work with and I found could answer all my questions. They were quick and professional. I would never use any other roofing company after working with them.

Lindy Roofing did a great job for us. Wendy in the office was always prompt in getting back to us and Jim, the owner, was very knowledgable and kept up with the job as it was going on. They helped with getting samples to us to assist in picking the asphalt shingles, their price was reasonable, and the work was done on the schedule that we agreed to. Their workers were polite, competent and hard working. We liked the fact that all their workers are regular employees. Our new roof looks great.
