Coming from a customer service background, I am very sensitive to poor communication.

While I am happy with the final project outcome, the lack of communication needs to be greatly improved.

The owner does not appear to be on-site or available to address customer questions.

I received my bid and had a few questions. I wrote and called Lindy in hopes to speak to the person who gave me the bid. I received a very short response and all of my questions were not answered. I called again and spoke to the office. I restated my questions again and asked for a response. None was received. It like the job was sold and they moved onto to other bids.

My project was scheduled to start on a Monday and it was delayed due to the weather. I was rescheduled but no one from the company reached out to me about the rescheduling. I had to call them yet again.

I was not given a project timeline or any description of the stages of the roof replacement. The crew just showed up one morning, smoked a lot, and left their cigarette butts and debris on my property. I cleaned up the debris so it would not float into the sewer.

The project is completed and had questions about an additional charge I was not expecting. Sent another email and 24 hours passed. No one got back to me.

In frustration, I called the office again and was told by the office staff that my concerns needed to be addressed by the person who gave me the bid. He never reached out to me.

End of the story, I paid the bill although I was not in agreement. It was not a lot of extra money but it was something I did not feel should have been tacked onto my invoice. I still have not heard back from this company on my post-construction questions.

We had a new composition roof installed by Lindy Roofing Co in September 2021. The job and materials were top notch, communication was good and the workers are very polite. They even came out immediately to fix a water leaking from the front gutters issue that was actually from the prior roof installation. Thank you Lindy Roofing.

Lindy backed out of our job at the last minute, delaying it by over a month as we worked to find a new roofer. Their reason? ""We have other work."" Not sure that will be the case if they keep abandoning customers. I strongly suggest you find a professional roofer who stands behind his committments.

This company charged and was paid over $5000. to repair a roof on a property I own. I called this company twice and spoke with Wendy. I asked for a copy of the inspection and/or estimate and the invoice.

Wendy yelled at me. Became dramatic and emotional and told me she cannot provide any information to me. What are they concealing?
