During 1987, John Lindsey and Rick Williams Roofing formed a partnership. Lindsey's roofing endeavors encompassed home and business roofing serving the northern region of Mississippi. In May of 2013, RWC's family sold out and Lindsey Roofing LLC purchased the roofing business. At present, it operates as a family-run company that has Lindsey's son taking over the entire sheet metal production and copper roofing and gutter fabrication. Lindsey Roofing LLC continues to serve its customers with its same experienced roofing personnel and commitment to clients at the same location at 71 Airline Road, Columbus, MS.

Began roofing in high school with Hollis Roofing Services. Became Supervisor of Commercial Projects roofing WalMart stores across the southern U.S.. In 1987, a partnership was formed with Rick Williams Construction and Roofing Company. J Lindsey was the roofing contractor, project estimator, and project supervisor for all commercial and residential roofing. By 2013, Lindsey Roofing took over the roofing aspect of RWC. Today, it is a family-run business that features the son of Lindsey taking over the entire sheet metal production and metal roofing, copper installations, and gutter services.
