Josh was great. Most roofers and gutter people only replace entire systems but Josh came and fixed just the part that was sagging and cleaned the gutters so they work perfectly now.

He also checked all the other elements of my roof and told me how to fix them myself if I wanted too but I'll definitely have him come and maintain my system from now on!

I had them repair my gutters just 4 months ago, but my gutters are already falling apart in the same exact areas that they said they repaired. When I contacted them and asked for them to come back out and fix it, I was told someone would be out on Monday.... No one ever showed up, and it has rained heavily several times after Monday. I reached back out to them to see why no one has been out like they said, or at the very least communicated with me, and I was ignored. This company is not thorough or professional. If you want the job done right the first time and customer service taken seriously, I would advise you to search elsewhere. What a waste of money.

Josh and his team soft washed our extremely dirty roof then pressure washed and painted our 30-plus year old house and it looks amazing. They had to replace some rotten wood, fill holes, repair and paint shutters and fix a falling deck. Their attention to detail was excellent and we couldn't be happier with the completed job. Josh spent a lot of time and patience helping us choose the correct paint and his recommendations were spot on. His pricing is reasonable and he is dedicated to doing the job correctly and satisfactorily. We will definitely use Limitless Restorations for other jobs in the future.

Slightly difficult to schedule with, we were told Tuesday and when Tuesday was almost over we called and he said he had a scheduling conflict and will do it the following Tuesday (we were restricted to Mondays or Tuesdays for our own reasons, I'm sure they could have rescheduled us in faster if we were more flexible). We were quoted $125 prior to arrival but were charged $150 upon completion.

Otherwise the work done was amazing, fast and everyone was very courteous. Highly satisfied with their work cleaning our gutters!

He repaired all the exterior window casings and sills throughout my house and completed a high quality installation. He stuck to the quote he gave which was very well itemized explaining all that would be done and was willing to negotiate slightly to match other quotes I had and shared with him. Limitless Restorations will be my go to company for any home repairs that I may come across in the future. Awesome job!!
