Michael and limitless outdoor team were helpfull and they build a beautiful outdoor kichen . They have better prices in the market compared to other builders in houston. Only reason I am giving 4 star ( instead of 5 star) because they need little more improvements on services side after sale.

I gave a 4 because of initial experience but if that had not been the case, it would be a 5. We hired this contractor to extend our patio and build a pergola in our backyard. I have to say that in the beginning working with this company and their project manager at the time, was not a pleasant experience. After there were several incidents of poor craftsmanship and problems, the owner Michael made good on repairs and correcting our concerns. He said that project manager was no longer employed at his company. He has been nothing but receptive to listening to our issues and wanting to make the job correct. We finally have the outdoor space we were wanting. I trust he will come back if necessary and make it right if needed. I hired them based on previous good reviews and appreciate the effort that was shown and made to fix mistakes that were made in the beginning.

After getting 3 quotes, Limitless pricing is what we decided to go with. From the start, they were very professional and took care of everything for us. They handled the HOA approval letters quickly. After the deposit was made the whole process was complete within 8 days and turned out amazing. We got our driveway extended, patio extended and a pad for an outdoor shed. We would recommend this company absolutely for all concrete needs.

Michael Cowart and Shelby Lynn are scam artists. They took myself and others for a lot of money. I filed suit and won. They play you like no other. Definitely cut corners and don't pay the subcontractors they hire. Horrible not engineered work and keep changing LLC's. Previous were Superior Design & Development and Superior Development Group. Shelby and Michael are horrible contractors. Do not I repeat do not give them your money. Shelby is a big liar, her communication skills are horrible. When my projected started It was excuse after excuse. She would tell me her workers would come at a certain time and they would not show up and she would not communicate that to me. I would be the one always calling and texting and she would barely answer my calls. One of her workers actually called me and told me the check that she wrote him was invalid and that he would need to come and remove my granite. The only time she answers is when it's time to collect payment. Shelby never comes onsite to actually make sure the work is going good as she promised the only time she came was in the initial visit and when I was adament and her worker made a mistake on something she was supposed to communicate them and never did. All her workers say the same horrible things about her and her work ethics and communication. Shelby is all about the money and not customer satisfaction. Honestly Shelby is a horrible contractor and always changes her LLC when she gets exposed do not work with her!!!!!

We had a driveway extension done and the outcome was perfect!! They are very efficient and contacted our HOA for approval and the City of Katy for permits. Very quick work and very professional. I highly recommend!!!

Great experience with a stamped and stained concrete patio extension. I had a trickey project adjoining two existing brick patios with varying slopes. They came up with a solution with proper drainage and a finish that complemented my existing patio. thank you!
