House and Garage roof striped down and replaced.

I had received 4 different quotes for my roof, I chose Lighthouse Roofing because of the way Luke communicated during the quote process. He spent the time to answer all my question and concerns. I also had a fair amount of rotted facia boards and old vents on the roof. I wanted to have everything repaired that was damaged. Luke took note of everything I had issues with. The dumpster and materials arrived on Thursday. Friday morning Luke and his team arrived it was extremely hot and it didn't faze any of the workers at all. His team worked diligently. All were polite, courteous, and professional. The perimeter of the house was covered with tarps before they began ripping off the roof. The team worked on multiple tasks at the same time, some started the new roof while others repaired all the damaged facia boards, trim and added new plywood where needed. They replaced our old vents; one large roofing vent we had for the kitchen as well as two roofing vents we had for bathroom fans. The next day, another hot one I might add, they arrived to finish the roof. They did and excellent job of cleaning up the yard and taking time to get any nails that weren't caught on the tarps. Luke took care of everything for beginning to end: quotes, materials, permits, it also came with roof and shingle guarantees. The roof looks amazing! Looks like I'll have to paint the house.....
