If you have a small repair needed on your roof, don't expect David Lara to fix it even if he has promised to do so. I had a leak coming in the living room when it last rained. He came soon to check it and gave a quote. He said he couldn't get to it right away, so after a few months I called back. He said his crew would be in the neighborhood the next week and mentioned a day when he would be there. No show, no communication! I guess he just doesn't like small jobs, so why not just say so instead of making empty promises!

Wow. David is amazing ...highly recommend his company! We had a leak on the ceiling inside our front door after the heavy rains this winter. All of the roofers we contacted were super busy, but David was able to come by between jobs and quickly found a missing flashing. He took a photo of it while he was on the roof and sent it to me. He said that his team could come back in between other jobs and he would just charge for an hour's worth of work. I got a 2nd estimate from someone else who said we would need to replace the whole section of roof and it would cost nearly $2000. He did mention the flashing, so I showed him David's photo... he still said we needed all the extra work done. We contacted a third roofer to break the tie since the estimates were so vastly different - after one look at the photo he said the missing flashing was all that was needed.

David texted today and said he could come out within an hour, and now it's fixed! He even offered to fix it for free, which I couldn't believe. Contractors are so busy, it's really hard to find someone who is so responsive and great to work with. Thanks David!

On multiple occasions he has done what for him is minor work on our roof (sealing up places where critters could be getting in) and has insisted on not even charging us because it didn't take him much time. There was a good amount of unforeseen work required and their pricing was more than fair, much better than the other quotes we were looking at. Was able to fit us in early in the morning on short notice. Immediately diagnosed the issue causing the leak and luckily was able to fix it that same morning. The leak had already caused some damage and with more rain coming it was going to get much worse. Very knowledgeable and was able to answer my questions and make more recommendations. A life saver!

I reached out to a few roofers for an estimate to clear out the debris from the drains on my flat roof. I decided to use David Lara because he was responsive, offered to check out my roof before providing an estimate, and ended up providing a competitive estimate. He was flexible enough to get the job done on relatively short notice before some expected rain. He also provided me with pictures of the work and recommended that I hire someone to caulk and paint a few cracks in a wall to be safe.

But here's the best part - because it was a really quick job David told me that payment wasn't necessary! He's clearly someone who cares about customer service. I was so happy I literally created a Yelp account just now to write a review. I plan on reaching out to David for any future roofing needs and would highly recommend him.

After I postponed our original roofing job date for nearly a month , his crew started the teardown on June 14 They finished today with a nearly perfect clean up and my new beige/brown 40 year composition shingles to replace the old greenish falling off mess. Mr Lara's crew chief & crew were friendly & did a good job keeping the site pretty debris free each day after I mentioned old shingle stuff in our neighbors property during tear down. They gave me the best price of the 3 estimates & made using my credit card a snap. Highly recommended!!
